Fiber internet in Houstonia, MO. Internet service is good, as advertised. Overpriced if you ask me, but when it is the only option for high speed internet in a rural area they can basically charge what they want. If you are an existing customer or coming in fresh, make sure to check prices frequently online. They lowered the price and never told me. So I was overpaying to have half the speed that is available. They did this to me twice, with zero refunds. You would think they would notify or just adjust what they charge you, but apparently not.

Great customer service. We live at the end of a gravel County road where the luxury of internet comes with a price and a quality internet connection can be hard to get at times. I've had to call Citizens / Green Hills on several occasions due to internet outages... but they are always great to work with. Will is always pleasant to speak with and always tries to get someone out to us as quickly as possible. The repairmen are always helpful, polite and considerate. Greatly appreciated. Melissa

We had a bad storm in Polo a couple days ago..took out my internet. Brad Clariday a service technician called me early the next morning..came to the house and fixed the problem so fast! I can always count on Brad to fix the problem!

Really enjoy paying extra for a package that’s often dropping out randomly and unexpectedly. Green Hills recently bought out my hometown provider and it’s been incredibly tedious trying to get anything more than “we’re working on it” out of customer service. I’m thankful I can at least reach customer service at 3am but if it’s just going be a scripted response then it’s really just a moot point. Would love switching to a different provider but seeing as how Green Hills has bought up anything viable in the area, I’ve little to no options. And they know this.

I pay $100 for Internet, yet it never works. Call them, they come give us a refurbished modem, cause ya know we can’t use our own. Then the Thursday before 4th of July it goes down and don’t work.. Who do they send to fix it? NO ONE!! I have a party for the Fourth of July, family and friends all here, not to mention all our TV services are streamed.. we have NOTHING.. Three days before the 4th of July and they can do NOTHING about us not having internet, and the problem is on their end…. Worst ever, even AT&T isn’t this bad. Give us our old company back, if you can’t at least make it out to fix problems, your stuff has.. We will be going else where with our business, After the holiday of course.. Super unsatisfied

This internet is disappointing for how much I'm paying, this has to be a joke I can barely stream two kids tablets without the internet dropping out, it's really fustrating. Expecially when I'm paying extra for faster internet that I'm just not getting, Green hill internet is more like a scam to get extra money for horrible service. Not fare prices for funky internet, you guys need to change..

I've had 10 plus years experience with GHTC and have never been disappointed with their service. Rarely do I have internet interruption and that is much appreciated! I recently have had phone service through their fiber service and for 2 yrs have had no issues. Thank you!

I tried to get internet for my home. They said 6-8 weeks and that the previous tenant, my deceased aunt had told them that she didn’t want cable. She had passed away and the house was empty. So now we have fiber in our yard but no access to it.I then tried to get internet for my business. 3-4 week wait or I could pay $7000-10,000 to have fiber routed to my location within two days.This is completely unacceptable. The people on the phone have been polite but I just don’t have the words for how unnecessarily complicated the whole ordeal was. I still don’t have internet but I won’t be continuing my search here.I hope they can staff better and maintain simple WiFi that is needed in a small town like this.
