Everything went extremely well with the car rental. A convenient shuttle bus transports you from the airport to the rental facility. We received an upgrade to a larger vehicle, which ended up costing us less. They weren't overly particular about every detail. We informed them of any initial dings or scrapes, and upon return, the staff was very friendly and efficient. We would definitely rent from this service again!

Best rental experience ever! The representative was very kind and welcoming, and they quickly assisted me during both the pickup and drop-off of the vehicle. The selection of vehicles was excellent as well. I rented an SUV, and it was very clean and drove like new. I highly recommend this service!

Avis is the way to go. We had such a horrid experience with enterprise. We decided to return our car early and re-rent it and drive it home. Was told we could not because they were out of cars and if we wanted to extend the contract it would cost us another $2400, yessss $2400 for two more days on top of the $600 we already paid. Then we're told they didn't have any cars and were sold out, yet we were returning our car a day earlier but they didn't have a car for us to rent. So we went down stairs and went to Avis and the lady that waited on us was super friendly and very understanding and got us setup for a car to drive home for $1100 for four days. Not to mention, with enterprise we rented a convertible, weeks in advance, they didn't have it, had to go to another rental place and get a car from them.
