I was having trouble with my car. It had several issues and my granddaughter told me about Mr J's. I called them and took my car there. The service I received was top notch. Ms Carrie and the entire mechanics department were really good at what they did . My car had me stressed out and the personal service I received made me feel like I was dealing with family - pleasant, friendly and professional. Thank you so much for putting me back on the road.

I recently had an issue with my car where it wouldn't open from the inside. Worried, I visited several auto repair shops, and one recommended this place. From the friendly reception to the thorough check, they discovered a simple issue – a button was clicked, causing the child lock. What stood out was their honesty; instead of charging me, they admitted nothing was wrong. I'm truly impressed and will definitely return for future car services. Highly recommend this trustworthy auto repair shop!

If you're like me and struggle to find a shop that you trust and is reasonably priced you will be happy at Mr.J's. I needed an inspection done and they were able to squeeze me in. I needed a part replaced and the cost was very affordable. Everyone from Carrie, at the desk, to the auto techs, James and Randy, were friendly, helpful, and professional. I've found my new mechanics and recommend you do the same!

Mr J's is a great mechanic. Randy Jackson is the owner. Marvin is my regular mechanic, that does great work. They have taken care of my Pontiac Grand Prix (just before I sold it) , my Ford Escort, my Dodge Caravan, my Chevy Equinox, and now my Nissan Versa. I've been a customer at St John and also their former St. Ann location with Josh and Amber as well as Art and Linda. They have always taken great care of my vehicles, and for me, that is a lifeline. i trust that when Randy and Marvin says that I need something, I do. I also trust that when they say that I don't need something, that I don't. I have been a customer for over well over 10 years now. I have never done the Planet Rent Own side, so I can't speak for that part. However, I can speak for the Mr. J's part. they are a big part of why I continue to stay in this area!

This is probably one of my favorite repair shop in Saint Louis. It does get pretty busy here, but really good prices, efficient service and honest people.I came into the shop because I haven't driven my Honda Odyssey in months to where my flat tires had cracks on them. Carrie gave me the different options for the tires and when they would arrive. She really didn't try to upsell me on the tires. I also let her know I haven't driven the car in a while and I mentioned I might also need an oil change and new windshield wipers and she took care of that for me.
