Every time I come to this place, I have a problem with the employees and it seems to be the same two employees the old with guy and the young Spanish guy. they always go out of their way to make sure it’s the hardest thing to return something or to exchange something. Today I went in with my receipt, but he said I still needed my card to exchange an item, but I go to a different AutoZone and it’s perfectly fine. It happens this way every single time, I’d go to another one if possible. I won’t be going back there

It’s been months since the machine to test the alternator is not working either they are not planing to fix it which I doubt it or the employees don’t want to provide this service, most likely.

The store manager Jason was great yesterday. He changed my battery and gave me some traveling advice. Likewise, all the employees seemed to be customer focused which is so important to me! Thank you,?

They helped me find the parts I needed. They also have a military discount, which is great. I didn't use it because I left my military ID at home . But I will bring it when I drop by in the future.

I came into Autozone because of a broken keyfob, Corey Logsdon saw my key and told me to wait at the counter, he returned with his own personal kit and superglued my key fob for me temporarily, until I can Purchase a new one and he did it For Free!!! ..This was a beautiful act of kindness, I came back the next day to see the presence of an Angel. Corey blessed me and may he receive his blessings back ? fold. My experience was Amazing.

I went in needing a headlight and Corey, the Supervisor on duty at the time was more than helpful in assisting install the new bulb. I bought the wrong bulb initially and he switched them out no problem and even loaned me his personal gloves to use while installing the bulb. If ever in need of assistance, just ask for Corey!

Came in last minute to get a new battery and Corey was very pleasant and helpful. Didn’t rush me or complain. Changed my battery out with no problem and gave me excellent customer service!
