Customer service is non existent. They messed up on pick up order. The person answering the phone initially lied about the mistake. When questioned after another 15 minutes of waiting, she admitted they gave the order to someone else. She had a horrible attitude about their mistake. We never got the order, after waiting over 30 minutes.

Horrible experiences at this walmart Super Center this happened recently, and again, in June of 2022, he was not fired. Stay alert, women.

DeliI recently placed a catering order to pick up thru the deli. I have done this in the past and it was wonderful. However this time was a horrible experience, and I will not order any more in the future. When we arrived to pick up the order of a slider tray and a chicken platter, they only had the chicken and claimed to have no idea there was a slider tray. Even though I ordered it over the phone thru a very nice associate and had it all confirmed back to me. They also had the time wrong so they took my chicken platter and marked it half price and had it available to the public. They eventually made the slider tray, after acting like they had no clue how to prepare one, and got everything ready. However it took a long time and there was no point in calling the order in ahead of time. The lady who manages the deli is not good with dealing with customers. And after they messed everything up, they literally took the half price tag off and marked it back to full price. I usually recommend picking up stuff thru the Walmart deli for big parties but after this I definitely won't.

I recently was checking out at self check out. After paying using my WALMART GREEN DOT MONEY CARD to pay, the check out machine said declined. My phone notified me by text Walmart charged me the $228.70. I asked the cashier for assistance. She said just run the card again, it did not really charge you...I checked my balance and transactions on my app and asked her for a csm. She told me they are to short staffed to help me. Meanwhile my app also verified it charged me. I spotted Jacob a csm. I asked him to help. He came over, both the cashier and I explained the situation. He assured me that I only needed to reside the card and that the previous transaction would be put back on my card within 24 hours. He said this was the only option. After he reassured me several times that the money from the first transaction would go back on my card with in 24 hours. I slide my card again and it cleared. I was immediately notified by text and confirmed on my walmart green dot money card that the second transaction had posted and cleared as well. That was three days ago. The money still has not been returned. I went in to customer service yesterday and they said there is NOTHING they can do. My only option is to contact the 1800 number on my Walmart green dot money card and put a 2 week hold on my card for them to investigate. My rent is due on the first. I was not prepared for WALMART to steal money from me! I am completely shocked and disappointed. People should know this can happen! Please be warned! No one has apologized for any of this! I will shop local and keep my money, Thank you!

Nice southern Super Walmart. As with other reviews, no one to check me out so I had to do self checkout. Of course skynet was messing with the customers has 3 machines stopped working properly. Need more humans helping humans.

We could smell the fried chicken from the deli when we first git out of the car. Normally, I fry our chicken. However, I was tired; so, we bought an eight piece box. I just knew it was going to be good; because, we had to wait for a fresh batch to be cooked. I made the sides and was ready for a great sit-down meal with my husband. IT WAS AWEFUL! IT WAS HARD, NO MEAT INSIDE THE CRUST!I think I should get my money back. We could not eat it. Everybody take notice: be wary of buying fried chicken from Walmart. I will stick with the rotisserie chicken from here on out.

This particular store was well-stocked and clean, but I have to substantially decrease the score. The store's customer service was incredibly poor quality. There was a lack of store associates to help the customers. My husband and I didn't see a sales associate the entire time we were shopping. Also, there were no cashiers, and the extremely long lines for self-checkout on either sides was unlike anything we have experienced.

Super Walmart-Branson, Mo. After collecting my items, I discovered none of the check-out stations were open. The only option was to WORK FOR WALMART FOR FREE and go to self checkout. This will be my last trip to Walmart, I WILL NEVER ENTER ANOTHER WALMART STORE. This is total disrespect for customers, it cost people in the community their jobs, and I will not stand in a long line to check myself out. There are a lot of people that have a difficult time with self check out, examples: elderly, handicapped, people with little children, etc. I AM ALL FOR BOYCOTTING WALMART---SPREAD THE WORD
