If you are looking for unique gifts and especially nice boots do NOT shop here. After spending $700.00 in this store they will not back the boots that they sold me. I paid $109.00 for a pair of boots that when I researched are on Amazon for about $56.00 and on Temu for $35.00 and wore them only 3 times and they have a huge hole in the sole!

High prices, they do not back their products that they sell. Also, they charge $109.00 for boots that you can buy on Amazon and Temu for a lot less. My girlfriend bought a pair of boots. The soul wore out in a hole. You could touch your foot through the soul and the heel ground off of the boots from a couple of nights of dancing. They said the boots were not made for dancing. I don’t know what they were made for to buy and just look at them in the closet, but apparently there was no warning label that you can’t dance in them.

The people who run the store are extremely friendly and helpful, I love everything they have, there extremely good quality things, and the vibes of the place are dream like, it’s like walking into a fairytale world. I loved it. I recommend going there

lol apparently 4 goth girls can’t look at beautiful Victorian things. The lady at the register was TAKING PHOTOS OF US. A lot of the older women who were customers were complimenting us and were being sweet. But why take photos of us? We all had our hands in front of us the entire time and were being respectful. Hope you like the photos you took of us cause we looked hot ?

My family and I walked inside and immediately the atmosphere was unwelcoming. The lady who works here was incredibly rude to us. I will not be coming here nor be recommending this place to anyone. I’m disappointed because I was so excited to come here after hearing about it.

We were on a spring break, when passing the store, it looked so unique and gorgeous. After a couple minutes, a picture frame fell. It was on the ground and it fell so suddenly.”I told my friend, the picture fell and we immediately went and stood it back up. There was a rude lady that said “if you didn’t bump it, it would have not fell.” She also said” if you guys did not run, it would not had happened.” First off, nobody touched it and nobody was running. The vibe was not it after she said that, it went silent. At that point, I wanted to walk so quickly as possible. Racist, rude, and stared at us the whole time. Nobody wants to spend their money if the vibe is not right.

Don’t know how long the workers have been working here but it’s time to retire. No need to be rude that’s why nobody buys the overpriced items.

The owner of the store was racist and passive aggressive towards my group of friends. Wouldn't recommend going here if you are a minority. Also followed us throughout the store.

I saw beautiful stuff and almost bought a skirt but the shop owner was super aggressive for absolutely no reason to other guests so I did not spend my money.

Honestly the vibe was giving racist. I was really uncomfortable with the way that the owner treated customers of color. The clothes were overpriced and the overall attitude of the workers there was unprofessional.

If you're truly into Victorian society then this will be a nice place for you; if you're just walking around downtown Branson and see the unique exterior and want to see what it's all about, you might be interested for a minute or two but the luster quickly fades. Although I didn't experience and "cold" experiences or racism, I can certainly see how that could be the case. Clothing was certainly styled in the proper era, and prices were higher than necessary, but I'm sure they have a niche market so the owner(s?) probably feel they don't have to cater to anyone else.

My daughter and her friends went there during spring break and they were followed through the store. They overheard the lady say "I'm just watching them" This has to stop. That was a good group of girls and they made them feel so little.
