Several months ago I bought a new Galaxy S23 and paid cash for it - I didn't want to get roped into another Contract . After a few months went by I decided to take a closer look at the Service that had been changed supposedly in my favor . Upon closer review , I noticed that I was paying for Insurance for 2 Devices when I only own one . I think that anyone who deals with them need to pay close attention to what their Salesforce is doing so you're not paying for stuff that you don't want or need .

Don't trust what they say. It seems like they tell you whatever they think you want to hear. They also would not mail my daughter's phone to her since she took care of her business at this Verizon and they would only mail it to me since I live here, and then I had to take it and mail it to Washington.

The staff was nice and to the point and helpful to the limit that they're able to be I think because I'm coming from a place of going there to buy my first iPhone and watch matching the 15th or 16th whatever the new one is and went home and was completely locked out of it that was a month ago I'm still locked out of them they can't help me and they could have a careless attitude play send you to a store that doesn't exist in Springfield Apple store and that's it they just have nothing to say but we can't help you I left the store and was locked out for that point on and they can't help me like I told them they should put a sign on the big front of their Verizon buildings that say we sell state of the art Apple products we just can't help you use them reset them or anything else good luck I don't like negative reviews but Verizon you earned this one wow I wonder what it's like to have an Apple phone and an Apple watch brand new sharp sitting in the drawer in your living room still because we are busy and we can't drive 34 hours one way but hey thanks for the tip of where to go I may maybe I should be upset with Apple or maybe a company selling products that cost that much should have some side notes of their limitations on selling a product that cost that much.

This place never has the stuff for the phones I've bought here. Sold me a pixel 6 pro and they don't even carry a case for it. Not to mention the guy didn't even believe me when I told what phone I have, like I bought the damn thing I think I know what it is. Pretty sad when I have to drive an hour out of my way just to go get a phone case
