No service bill changes every month
They add insurance and change your account
I found they had not removed the temp numbers and I was paying for 2 other numbers besides the 4 I had .
I called in for support after leaving store set on hold over a hr , they still have not applied my credits for trading in equipment.

Great Customer Service!! Very KNOWLEDGEABLE about things that happen on a phone that need to be disabled to prevent advertisements from popping up EVERY second. Thank You Cody!! (Navy Veteran ?? ❤️) You fixed our phones & answered ALL of our questions!! WE ARE VERY HAPPY!!

The worst experience I've ever had. Literally no line when i arrived, waited over an hour and the only people that spoke to me put me on the "waiting list"...they did that four times but never actually helped me. I took my business elsewhere.

I have no freaking idea why people aren't leaving good reviews for this place, a while back I managed to turn my phone language into Mandarin Chinese and then couldn't figure out to turn it back to English, the guy was totally cool and figured out how to switch it back without making me feel stupid - five stars!

This is the worst store I have ever been to. Usually when you enter a version someone takes your name and puts you on a list. I was there for ninety minutes and was never approached by any Verizon person. A lady that was there before me Was there two hours and still waiting. I ended up going to the Verizon in Branson west and was taken care of right when I walked thru the door. I will never go back to the Branson store again.

Hate to say it b/c I've been to many busy Verizon stores and like to support but this is the slowest store around and you'd be better off driving to anywhere in Springfield. Prepare for long wait times, employees saying "well we have to have a lunch". Um no it's 5 p.m. and you close at 7 p.m. This is actually just poor planning on your daily structure part, the end of the day is always the busiest, you should have had lunches over by 1 and started them earlier honey, nor does the customer care about that, you actually are just eavesdropping all of our conversations b/c we have no where else to go and are sitting in here for hours. As well as just slow service, great you like to visit with the customer but annoying when there are a million people waiting so maybe keep the small talk to a min when you have a crowd trying to spend money with you. I actually felt like dropping Verizon after my experience here, which is a shame. Been with them since Altell days.

I took my mom there for her first smart phone and asked to get her put on my data plan since she couldn't afford one herself. The salesman was friendly and claimed to set up everything for us, but, one week later we find out she was never added to my plan and she was billed for $140 instead of $30. She got someone to take her back so she could return the phone (50 miles away from home). When she arrived, they told her she could return the phone for a $50 restock fee but they couldn't reconnect her old flip phone because their network was incapable (even though it worked fine last week) and then they said they had no record of her last visit or her purchase so she was pretty much stuck with her big data plan bill and there was nothing they could do for her. Now we're stuck talking over the phone to a customer service representative that wants her to speak back a verification code so he can access her account but she can't even read her email to get it. She's dumping Verizon because of this one experience and I'm thinking of doing it too. It makes me so mad that they wouldn't own up to their own mistake and correct the problem. Instead, they just told an 80 year old woman that can barely walk to go back home.

This is the best Verizon store I have been in and I have been in a few. We are traveling from Arizona and I need to upgrade my business plan and get a new iPhone so I though I would stop in and see if they could help me. Scott greeted me at the door and immediately started helping, he got the insurance plan I wanted on my account set up in a few minutes and then got me the new iPhone I wanted. They had the right color and size. He then took the time to make sure that it got set up just as my last phone was. He was very helpful and efficient. As the phone was updating he would have time to help other customers that walked in and never made us feel rushed or not being helped. This was all on a Saturday night a hour before closing in a store that was being remodeled. Thanks You Thank You!!!!
