This site is clean and organized. It is well stocked and the staff is helpful and welcoming.
The location is in the Tanger Outlets and the Outlets can get super busy on weekends so if you want to park close go early.
Bathrooms are located in the corners of the Outlet Mall.

Clothes good, this particular location has a ton of employees none of which want to check you out. If it had not happened over 5 times here doesn’t matter time of day… it is the SLOWEST checkout in tanger, beware.

We love UA, their store, and their products. What we don’t love, is the customer service and the Tanger Outlet mall. The employees here all need serious customer service training. Not 1, not 2, but 3 different employees were completely worthless, rude, and left us frustrated.
One example was, the shoes did not have pricing on several of them. I asked an employee for pricing after attempting to scan them on the app and was told “I’m busy. You’ll need to go to the other side of the store where the register is and have someone scan them.”
We aren’t from Branson, so we made that trip with the intention of making several purchases. Due to the employees, we purchased 2 pairs of shoes and lefts all the other items we were carrying on a random shelf. We went to Nike and received EXCELLENT customer service and ended up spending a little more than we planned.

We really like this place and on our last visit we did spend a lot here. However, the reason for the two stars is that their staff really needs a good customer service training session.Staff is very unaware of the customers. When we were there, two employees were to busy on their phones to answer our questions. When we finally got a employee to talk to us, she basically just pointed. SO, we shopped with ZERO help answering questions.If you can't take 30-seconds out of your day to help me, I probably won't be back. So, remember, customers pay your salary.We were able to get some good deals on some things but I thought that prices would be lower than other retailers that carry their products.

I got some new clothes from Under Armour in Branson, I couldn't be happier. Very impressed with some of the discounted sale prices. I love UA stuff and this store is great.The staff was so good. One staff member, I think they called her Kristina, was so helpful and friendly. She scanned several items to see if they had more sizes in the back and helped me find several shirts and a pair of shoes. Great service!If you need high-quality, nice looking, and great-priced activewear, this is the place.

The customer service here is amazing! Jason and Arie went out of their way to help us. Jason searched all over for a jacket and found my size. Arie was so pleasant and kind and wonderful to deal with.
