“We are from Austin and came across this cool place. My son is into cars and being able to make his own race car was a great thing to do while visiting. We even picked out one for a friend to do a homebody at home. Frank and Shannen were awesome guys and very helpful.”

“Top notch customer service! The owner took time to talk to my son, show him how to work the toy he was interested in, and let him play with samples before he picked one. She treated my son so respectfully, I was very impressed.”

“Had the most memorable time while taking my son's special-needs friend here for her first visit. We couldn't really afford anything in the store itself; however, on the way out I tripped over a labor-doodle and went right into a bush. I fell so hard that the change fell out of my pocket and I sharted myself. The special little angel laughed for hours. There is nothing like a child's smile and laughter. Thanks build a bear, we will be back.”

“I truly adore this store for its magical atmosphere and the wonderful variety of merchandise it offers, capturing the essence of Disney's enchanting world. Walking through its aisles feels like stepping into a realm where every corner holds a new discovery, adorned with beloved characters and iconic imagery that brings back cherished memories of Disney tales. However, during my recent visit, I noticed a notable scarcity in the types of merchandise I was most looking forward to finding. Specifically, there seemed to be a limited selection of items related to Disney's iconic villains. These characters, with their unique stories and memorable designs, hold a special place in the hearts of many fans, including myself. Their complex narratives and pivotal roles in Disney lore add depth and richness to the tales we've come to love.Incorporating a wider range of villain-themed merchandise could greatly enhance the shopping experience. Items that celebrate the allure and intrigue of characters like Maleficent, Ursula, or my favorite, Evil Queen, would not only cater to a broader audience but also pay homage to the critical role these characters play in Disney's storytelling tradition. By expanding the merchandise selection to include more from these captivating antagonists, the store could offer a more comprehensive celebration of Disney's legacy.Overall, the Disney store continues to be a wonderful place that captures the magic and wonder of Disney. Its ability to transport visitors into the beloved worlds of their favorite stories is unmatched. With a bit of adjustment to include more diverse merchandise options, especially those celebrating Disney's villains, the store's appeal could be even further enhanced. Keep up the great work, Disney, and here's to even more magical shopping experiences ahead! ??”
