Bought online tickets in advance because we thought it was going to be a reserved group guided tour but it’s not. People just line up as they come including us who bought tickets in advance(waste of time). They let in about 20ppl at a time to walk through the museum. It was too crowded and felt sort of rushed to enjoy or learn much of anything. I’d rather just watch a few online documentaries about the Titanic. Most of the staff were friendly besides the guy out front by the ticket machine, he had an attitude for some reason screaming at people to stay in line even though nobody was out of line. It’s barely worth visiting once. I wouldn’t go back. 7-9-24

Nicely put together museum self guided tour. Very educational and with stopping in. Takes a long as you need to listen to the accompanying audio sound bytes.
When they asked if I had pre-purchased tickets,I said no. They inquired about various discounts options and I said I was a teacher, they asked what state (Missouri) and I ended up with free admission. What I would have spent on a ticket, I spent in the gift shop.

I’ve been to this museum 2 times; each offering an exciting re-telling of this deeply tragic experience. The first was the amazing 25th anniversary of the Titanic film. There were costumes and an amazing Heart of the Ocean replica.
The second visit hit close to home as the museum honored its Jewish passengers. The kosher place settings and the accommodations of one of the first class Jewish passengers was a delight to see for myself and my daughter.
This museum brings to life a real event, that most of us only experienced as a film, and makes it a touchingly personal experience. To experience the coldness of the water in that April night; to see how dark it was makes your heartache for all those lost souls.

Very very busy spot, but still had a great time. Was there for 2 hours and I didn't even look at everything. The workers kno a lot of history about the titanic and it's a great place to get a more in depth view of the titanic and its passengers. Cool things they do: let u touch a slab of ice, give you a ticket with a name of a passenger and you find out if you lived after the tour, have a small area with water that you can put ur hand In to see how cold the water was on that day. I definitely learned a lot and have a deeper respect, knowing the history and seeing a glimpse of the lives that were on board.

I’ve been here 3 other times as this is my favorite place in Branson but this 4th time the employees just really ruined the experience. The men were super nice & playing with the kids but the women were constantly getting onto people & kids about any tiny little thing that wasn’t even bothering anyone. It just ruined the whole experience. We were all so mentally tired from all of it by the end & thankful to be out of there. I don’t think I’ll be back again.

Had to visit as our family loves the Titanic. Our visit to the museum was slightly disappointing, especially being the first thing we ran to in Branson. Even after getting the best deal out there we spent $100 on tickets for our family of four, only to discover that this museum doesn’t even compare to the Pigeon Forge Museum. Maybe if we hadn’t been blown away by the other location, we wouldn’t have had our expectations that high, yet we still appreciated our trip. As soon as we walked in a stewardess was greeting a group of individuals, telling them about the passenger they were assigned and sharing extra facts. My daughter patiently waited to show her card and was told “Oh, first class, nice-if you have any questions let me know”. Not sure if they knew the other people or if only certain customers get an “all out” experience, but it hurt my feelings to see that happen to a child.…..A fraction of artifacts compared to the other museum. The 28° water they allow you to feel was a 28° two gallon bucket of straight chlorine-much different than our other experience in TN. We were given “clear instructions” on photo taking rules—no photos on the first floor, 2nd floor photos are permitted but no flash, you can take photos on the staircase when you are coming down. I must’ve misunderstood, which I will continue to take blame for, as I took one flash photo on the way down the staircase at the end of our tour. The female guide at the bottom of the staircase snapped around so quickly to yell at me through the echoing staircase in front of everyone (again, I made a mistake and thought since we were on the 2nd floor in the staircase no longer around any of the artifacts/exhibits that I could use flash). I sincerely apologized and tried to explain how I misunderstood and that I wouldn’t take another photo, she she snapped “what?!”. I stood there in shock waiting for her to snatch my camera out of my hands, as I felt like she was clearly ready to fight! That definitely ruined our experience, we left without purchasing our souvenirs.

An impressive place in stories, in replica in historical data.
I loved the staircase! Is beautiful!
I recommend you go early to look closely at the historical photographs and read the testimonies of the survivors and what they passed on to a better life.
This time I reserve the end of the tour. Because that feeling will be very personal for each visitor. You have to go!!

This place is amazing. Very interesting and educational.. we came when they were honoring the Jews on board, it was incredible and so interesting! I loved the boarding passes they give you in the beginning that showed who you were, what class you were in and if you survived (I survived!!)
Overall a great place to visit!
