I stated at this location for 3 weeks, with three kids a mother-in-law and a brother-in-law and my wife, as far as it being a place to lay my head it was great for that but I can tell you this place has not been upgraded in quite some time. In the beds they have the damn things on like stilts plastic stilts so if you sit on it too quick you're liable to knock it off the stilts.People at the front desk were awesome every one of them I dealt with were fantastic people.Table in the kitchen wobbled so bad, the air conditioning / heater worked when it wanted to. They don't have much housekeeping here there was numerous times where I had nowhere to take the trash so I had to set it next to the trash can and it sat there for days.Housekeeping staff don't know what they're doing and they do not clean very well just beware they don't have top notch housekeeping here. But again people at front were awesome I would stay there again if I absolutely had to but if you want things that are very modern and newer stuff don't go here oh yeah and not to mention the TVs they've got like 12 inch TVs here.

Room is spacious for 2 and it is clean. Disappointed that its not as nice as a Bluegreen room but this room is far better than the Choice room we had in Omaha.

This place is a basic and functional place to test your head. The kitchen is functional. The showers were clean and great water pressure. Outer walls are thin.Nearby activities: Great variety of included things to do on property.Noteworthy details: Cool kit car near the main entrance.

Everything appears to be the normal hotel type. Nothing fancy. I wouldn't consider this a resort and I don't feel this should be part of a timeshare type resort. I understand and don't complain of resort fees in a resort environment. Today I was stumped when they charged a resort fee ($12/day) and a housekeeping fee of $55. Isn't housekeeping included in the original fees charged for your room and isn't that some of the maintenance fees paid every year to your timeshare of choice. I'm very aggravated that this was sprung on us at check in and was never mentioned upfront. That will cause me to never stay at this so called resort again!

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this was after reading some ugly reviews after we had already booked. It was clean and quiet. Any problems we called about were taken care of in less than 15 minutes. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again.Nearby activities: It's right next door to The Mansion and around the corner from Sight and Sound Theater.. Everything is within a few minutes.

Rooms were a great size and all amenities we needed. We were traveling with our 2 young children . Got in late after working Al day. Unfortunately, we found bed bugs in our first room. Called the front desk and they offered another room and when we pulled back the sheets found more live bed bugs. By this time it was past midnight. Moved to a 3rd room. We were exhausted from our drive and crashed. Next morning found more bed bugs. Put a damper on the whole weekend. Got up early, then spent a day doing laundry back at home. A lot of potential, but rough trip.Rooms: Found bed bugs, make-up and lots of random hair in the beds.

Nice place to stay rooms are clean it's 3 hotel rooms joined all together 1 room on each end is a bedroom and bathroom and the middle kitchen and living room. The beds are very comfortable lots of pilllows. Also, washer and dryer in master bedroom. Kitchen has all your needs for kitchen supplies to cook with just need food or eat out. Nice swimming pool and lots of outside activities. Not 5 star because they have an indoor area with a pool table Foosball and other things that was not opened but and I quote "once in a blue moon". Only the owner uses that. Why have it here then? (Is my question) staff is very young but polite. $1 for a coffee pod is not bad.Rooms: Very nice for the price with comfy beds 1 king 2 queens and a sofa sleeper its comfy too.

The good: Our host was pretty polite and informative. The place is very close to a lot of attractions. Also has some things to do, like play pool, basketball, and putt putt golf. Already supplied kitchen utensils. A washer and dryer was in our room.The bad: The location is being renovated and our room certainly wasn't one of the ones that had been renewed yet. The mattress for the pullout was stained and hard. The main bedroom's floor had a strong mildew smell. The comforter was overused and heavy with lint. The refrigerator was leaking on the inside.The website pulls you in, but the experience will keep me away.

Everything was pretty good over all when we arrived. It wasn’t what I would consider a resort. The room was spacious and clean, but the bed…..the bed is not good at all! I’m writing this in the middle of the night because of the discomfort of the bed. Every time my wife would move the springy cheap bed would wake me up. The bed is the worst I’ve ever slept in at a hotel and that alone will be enough to keep me from considering this hotel as an option again.

Carpet is disgusting. Grandkids feet and knees were black from crawling and walking around. They allow people staying here to smoke weed right outside the rooms so you can't even walk the exterior halls without breathing it in and it blows right in the AC units into your room and you definitely can't even enjoy the pool area due to the smell of weed. Staff offered nothing about the weed and just said I'm sorry but it's legal. Smoking within 15 feet of an establishment is a fire hazzard I thought?Anyway beds were awful as well! Disappointing because the staff seemed very nice and location is relatively close to things but in a quieter area. I will NOT be staying at this resort again and will be calling RCI to file a complaint.

Nice rooms sizes, kitchen has basic supplies, laundry in unit, floors need a real mopping, ruined several new socks, my SIL was stung by a Scorpio in bed our last night staying while sleeping, never heard from management to even check on her. Reporting medical emergency to front desk girl was pointless she couldn't even take notes or collect information rather tell me about Scorpio problem she has at home. My sister did have to seek medical due to sting.Nearby activities: Lots of things to do within a few miles

We stayed one night to hold us until we checked into our resort the next day. The service was great. Indoor going to the rooms were really hot. The ac in the master bedroom was great however the one in the room with 2 queen beds for our kids got hot and the floor stayed wet around the ac. The beds were super hard. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Nice quiet location. The staff was not rude. But had to cut our week short because we just couldn’t get a good nights sleep! The king bed made such a loud crunching sound when you moved that we were waking each other up all night just turning over. The last two nights my husband slept on the couch hoping to get better rest.. And with only vinyl mini blinds on the large windows, they allowed too much light into the bedroom.It is a bit dated , which we don’t mind. However I was very disappointed to discover just how dirty the carpets really are, when after the kids had a bath within a few hours their feet were dark with dirt and had only been inside.And suggesting caution with the timeshare exit offer. Still waiting to confirm with RCI that the offer is legit.If you happen to get a room with a decent bed and blackout window treatments this would be good place to stay . Pool is small but decent, (no hot tub) and Wi-Fi was good ? and it is nice to have a kitchen and washer and dryer if you’re planning on a week stay.
