I was thrilled to arrive at Stormy Point Village in Branson, Missouri, for a family trip with my sister and our kids during spring break. Despite our well-planned itinerary, our check-in experience was disappointing. Despite arriving at 4:00 pm as scheduled, our rental unit wasn't ready. After waiting until 5:30 pm and making several inquiries, we were finally given access to a single room instead of the two-bedroom unit we had reserved. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience, the regional manager, Gaby, was dismissive and unhelpful. Furthermore, the attitude displayed by the regional, was rude and unprofessional. Overall, the poor customer service experience has left us resolved never to rent from Stormy Point Village again.Walkability: It’s not walkable

Buildings need updating and maintenance. Appliances need to be replaced, had many issues with both our units.

The Village is full of cute little single unit vacation homes, all 2 story, I think. Upstairs had a small jacuzzi tub, but the water heater didn't have enough to fill it adequately. The Village is difficult to navigate, with pedestrian only sections that are well marked in the resort map (that Google maps thinks go through). Night/ rainy weather makes the street signs hard to read & that much more difficult to navigate. Units are nicely decorated in nautical themes. Maintenance was extremely responsive coming to our door. In the height of the season, parking must be a challenge. Deer frequented the grassy areas during our weekend stay.

We went to yhe presentation that they had. We were prepared to say no to all they had to offer. The salesman was a very smooth talker and by the time we left we bought into their timeshare. I regret the day we ever went. They have used the maintenance fees. We were told of all the places we could go. It has been more of a headache than anything. You can stay at hotels cheaper than getting a timeshare. They have called numerous times trying to get us to upgrade. If someone is interested I will gladly sell you ours.Nearby activities: Lots of activities in the area.

DO NOT PURCHASE A TIMESHARE HERE! Absolutely disappointed since the Capitol Vacations buy out! Can't get thru to owner services. Been on hold for 52 minutes! As for the resort, cute individual cottages. 2 bed only sleeps 6, which is disappointing. Not enough pools/hot tubs for the size of the resort.

I typically stay in the cottage houses but this time stayed in the lakeside condos (which I was unaware they had). Loved it. Nice rooms with a great view of the lake. Secluded from all the other parts of the resort but still had all the same access.

Stayed in a cozy 2 bedroom cottage. Definitely want to bring the entire family back and stay in one of the 4 bedroom cottages. All just minutes from main action in Branson.

Great location for access to the Branson attractions. Family-friendly environment (lots of kids). Easy, no-pressure check-in. We used an Airbnb rental for two nights. Access to resort amenities was a reasonable mandatory additional charge. It was 40 degrees outside and the outdoor pool was hot enough to swim in. The outdoor hot tub was great to sit in and chat. The indoor pool was busy also. Guest WIFI worked great as did the cell phone coverage.Walkability: Lots of hills. No traffic. No Branson attractions are within walking distance.

Wow. I mean wow. This place is amazing! We got Lodge 351, and it is amazing! The kitchen is fully functional with a blender and coffee maker, an Island in the middle, with a microwave! You have to push the microwave back to the wall to get it to work, I don't know why. The Dining Place is nice with a big table with chairs. ~ The Living Room is amazing with big windows and a big TV. But, the speakers are behind the TV, so you can hardly hear when the volume is at 50. The Living Room has a Pull - Out couch, and there is also a Bathroom and Bedroom as well. There is also a Porch attached. ~ Downstairs is nice with a small Living Room and Foosball Table, along with a Pull - Out couch and TV. The Laundry Room is Downstairs along with a Bathroom, and a Bedroom, the bedroom has 2 small beds. Now, Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms with King or Queen sized beds with a Bathroom, and even a small window that you can open to look down at the Living Room! This place is absolutely amazing! We had 5 Kids and 6 Adults here, and we all slept comfortably! The Pool isn't far away either, you can walk there, but it is up - hill. There is a Outdoor Hot Tub, an Outdoor Heated Pool, and an Indoor Pool. And what's cool about the Lodge is that it's all Pirate Themed! Anyway, hope this helps! Would definitely recommend coming!
