So we were very interested in purchasing a membership with Stillwater because its so close to our home in Springfield and we really liked the location so we booked their "$100.00 presentation package" This is for three nights and included going through their presentation which we were happy to do because we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately before our stay i got two sick kids. We called in to cancel the reservation a few times but could not get through. We finally got through today and i got the pleasure of speaking to Melissa. She was cold, unwelcoming and should seriously consider finding a different line of work. She cancelled out our stay and proceeded to tell me how since it was too late, they would be keeping the $100.00. I get it, there are processes to follow, but she was really rude about it, and when i said maybe we could rebook, because we were going to purchase a membership, she said "no, i can't, those are the rules". I told her i thought that was a really bad way to do business and she proceeded to get more aggressive. I am super disappointed with the customer service at this point and will look for a membership elsewhere based on the level of service i received. It's too bad because we have booked here over 5 times. I guess the saying, one bad apple can ruin the bunch is pretty accurate in this situation.

We stayed a week at this place. The TV didn't work. We had to call maintance to fix that. Our room keys didn't work 95% of the time. The wifi mine as well had none. The person at the front desk said they was working on it and that's why it wasn't their top amenity. But its listed on the top section when your booking. All the pools, hot tubs, and waterslides were closed. ( could list that on site). We had noisy neighbors that yelled and banged on the walls all day and night. Also, if your neighbor is using the hot water you will not have any hot water. The room was like a regular hotel room, nothing special about it. Our bathroom was really small. The maintence started using the blower at 0730am. And your not suppose to have dogs but seen 2 different ones.

The resort was great! Jammed pack with lots of amenities and activities. We had a 1 bedroom condo with fireplace and Jacuzzi. Upon arrival the room was clean. Everything was nice. Although the furniture is a little dated we were very pleased and comfortable. The only complaint I have is our condo was on the ground level and every time the room above us flushed the toilet or ran water you can hear it.

It was absolutely gorgeous and cozy! However, I feel you need more handicap spaces available for guest. Someone within our unit took up the two handicap spaces with their vehicle and a cart they rented. I felt wasn’t fair to other guests. To solve this, I feel you guys could add more spaces. Other than that, great experience on property.Rooms: The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds!

The kids enjoyed the Marina activities while we waited for our 2 bedroom fully equipped condo to be ready. The property and the accomodations were amazing.

3 stars for the rooms only because they are somewhat outdated. But very clean an cozy! We enjoyed the lake view, saw several deer and ducks! The Marina area was our favorite! Lots to do! We enjoyed the included activities and also rented a jet ski! We visited while pools were not open, so that was a little disappointing. All levels of staff We encountered were great! We roamed Branson mostly, but when we were at the Condo, it was very quiet and peaceful. Safe! We look forward to visiting again when the pools are open!

We were very disappointed. The pictures of the so called “resort” is nothing like what you get in reality. I chose a pool view room and got an old broken slide outside our door. All the pools were rather closed or under construction and overall it didn’t look anything like what they advertised on booking or the hotels website. Service as horrible they told me that they can’t do anything about it and and if I want I can leave, won’t be back for sure.

We had chosen this place as our family getaway with mine and my brother's family. It was a perfect room for us, having 2 separate rooms and the option of having a joining sweet if we wanted it. They have plenty of grills that we enjoyed using, and the staff was amazing. It is close to everything, and the lake was right outside our room. When we arrived, we did notice that the sink was leaking, but we informed the staff, and we were able to fix it ourselves since it was just the p-trap being loose. The dual bathroom is such a great convenience. We had some issues getting an Uber to us as the drivers kept stopping by the main office instead of the suite, but that was more on Uber than them.

Overall, I would stay again! Perfect location on lake with easy access and shuttle to SDC. Lots of amenities on property as well.Need to know…..There is a coffee pot but no filters or coffee in the room. No soap/shampoo or tissues. Provided are 2 bars of soap, utensils, a few plastic cups, ceramic mugs and plates and toilet tissue.I do wish I had known that other essentials for traveling needed to be packed.Had I know prior to arrival the experience would have been a bit more pleasant.

Nice resort, pretty far from the strip/landing so not a place you can run to for a break from daily activities. Also SDC was closed when we visited so consider that traffic if you go when it's open. Good for families, they didn't bring us new towels or turn down the bed during our weekend. May have to ask. Wanted payment as soon as we walked in to check in. You can hear other people's jacuzzi tubs thru walls. Overall it's a nice getaway, quiet and pretty view.
