It was very apparent that they did not want to even try to help me. It appeared the other customer that was in there at the same time was getting the same treatment. I went back to the Bentonville,AR T mobile store and they were absolutely awesome.

I was in the store a few days ago and was helped by a phenomenal associate named Fernando. His attention to detail, bubbly personality, and complete knowledge on all of my questions made me feel right at home. I will definitely be returning to this store specifically to have my account handled by him

We stopped by the Branson store today because I was switching service from AT&T to T Mobile. Linnea offered to assist me and what took AT&T a week to handle, Linnea resolved in 10 minutes. She had my new service established on my iPhone and was exceptionally professional, kind and friendly. As we were leaving we noticed the iPads on sale and Linnea assisted us in purchasing one for my husband as a Christmas gift. Thank you Linnea for the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in a cellular service store! Merry Christmas!

Wanted to use my lunch break to get some new headphones on my t-mobile account.Spoke with Jordan.Service was great, polite, friendly. Store was clean.Got me taken care of quickly enough that I can still grab some actual food on my lunch break.Wish I could give 6 stars.

We have a family plan that got all messed up after upgrading our phones. After all the promotions that should be applied, our bill should be 200$ but we ended up with 500$! Nobody can really fix it, pointing at the guy who was in charge and took care of us that day. Endless hours on the phone with TMobile representatives but still no results. The guy himself has no clue after all, pretending he doesn’t understand what we’re talking about.

Very poor service. The heavy set guy messed up our bill badly. Instead of $200 we now have to pay $500 and he acts like nothing has happened and he has no idea what we are talking about. Probably a dozen of times on the phone with T-Mobile for at least an hour each time. Nobody wants to come up with an answer and maybe man up and since it was your mistake to take care of it. So if owner wants to contact me, it would be great and if you can come up with a solution would be amazing.

The store employees sold me a SyncUp Drive November 5th by assuring me the monthly bill would be $5. Actually the monthly service is $15. The store employees refuse to take the device on return because I did not find out the actual cost until 18 days. The employees are not helpful at all. I called your store before I had to go out of state for medical treatments on November 17 and told them my bill reflected a $15 month fee. The Lady I talked to assured me they would correct the bill before it was sent to me. Today the three of them state the service is $5 per month. They refuse to allow a return because they state their store will not accept a return beyond 14 days. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am SOOOO sorry that I ever got involved with T Mobile and especially the Branson Missouri Store. I have contacted T-Mobile CS and they assure me the store should accept the return. T-Mobile CS is going to contact the Branson Store Rep and address this. I know it is tough to get good employees. I will never again purchase from your Branson store and assure you I will spread the word. Be cautious dealing with this store!!!!Your canned Response means nothing. Correct this situation is the Response that I expect from any quality buisness. On November 21 I filed a complaint with the BBB about your little scam of incorrectly quoting monthly rates. Today I will be contacting the Missouri Attorney General and our local news channel KY3 and report the details of your scam to get additional equipment sold. I will also be starting a campaign on social media about you and your store employees. Your Google reviews are quite helpful to gather a large group of people to complain about your activities. You are a thief and will answer to it!

Awful customer service.T-Mobile (owner) you only respond to the good reviews huh? How about getting in touch with the unhappy customers and fixing what your people screwed up and giving the customer a compensation, because one little mistake leads to hundreds of dollars later and nobody knows anything. Shame on you and your people. Do better. And to the guy who screwed us over, the very least you could’ve apologize for what you did and not ignore the issue and all the financial problems you caused.

Do not go to this store for tmoble service, order online if you use tmoble at all! I bought the whole package, phone, tablet and internet service. My service never worked properly because after countless hours with system support, it was revealed to me that the three closest cellular towers to me are not in service. One was cut off the fiber optic line after digging, another shut off for painting and the third was the furtherst offered a weak signal. No fault of my own, I could not get internet and returned my equipment within 14 day trial period recommended by system support management. I went into the store, after calling several times I couldn't get anyone to answer to know the best time to make the return, so when I got there I was treated rudely by the manager Fernando and his heavy set tattooed coworker. First I was told I'm put on a blacklist for one year with other scammers because that's policy. Then they said a 70 dollar restocking fee, bullcrap! Then they refused to take all the equipment back because it wouldn't scan in the system and left me to deal with customer service and shipping back. Customer service advisor told me to take the equipment back to the store and that they need to set up shipping with customer service, not the customer? The whole experience is beyond awful! To stand in front of 2 to 4 people behind the counter all playing on their phones instead of answering the phone is rude and unprofessional. Don't use tmoble! I'm glad to return my equipment because I was informed by customer service of hidden charges that I was not made aware of at the store. My bill was 189.00 When I was quoted 20 for the tablet 50 for internet and 15 for the phone, I'm retired on a fixed income and I needed to know the correct cost before I got my first bill!!!!

I went into this store to get a sim card for a new unlocked Samsung phone. JORDAN was fantastic help to get my new phone working, copying files from old to new, installing a screen protector and helping me choose a case. Great customer service. I am glad to have them in my back yard.

Was showing Fernando at the Branson store that I knew a little bit of Spanish. He then told me it was basic white girl Spanish, and then he said something so quickly I couldn't catch it, including the word "pendejo," which is common knowledge for stupid. He then also refused to explain himself when asked, and my brother was there with me as witness.We came in 2 different times with the same requests (getting the T-Mobile WiFi since it worked for our neighbors and we wanted to try it.) Told us to try Optimum instead, but Optimum didn't cover the area we live in. We came in at 4 at first, and then had to come back at 6 when the Optimum told us they didn't cover our area.Fernando at the Branson store is why I hope to never go thru T Mobile ever again.Disrespecting customers. Costing y'all in sales.
