“Yesterday me and my husband decided to stop in Redbook and do some shopping. We both are new to this tennis shoe game. Well The young man initials (KW-181899) was really helpful and patient with us. My husband is much slower than me. When I tell you he pointed my husband to the dressing room so he could try things on and even and helped him find the correct sizes not just in shoes but clothes also. For as me I Knew what I wanted told him exactly what I wanted, him and his team stepped up. The service we received was truly above and beyond. I wish I could remember his name. As I sat back and watched he greeted everyone with excitement and assistance. Which is something we did not receive from any of the stores. Keep up the good work (KW). We wl back to visit you.”

“A great place to shop for kids clothes. We wanted to but our great grandson a winter coat. This was jacket was perfect. It was reasonably priced as all their clothes are. The store was clean and well organized. There was a friendly knowledgeable staff available to assist with questions or in our case find the size we needed in the back.A great shopping experience.”

“They have a variety of Crocs, but none that caught my eye. It's mostly a store that has Croc accessories and I feel like I'm a little too old for that, but it'd be great for people that want to put them on their shoes.”
“Staff is a little hard to find when you have questions. But it's still the only brand of shoes I can buy. It's the only one that lasts me more than 6 months”
“I legit just left the store and Casey the assistant manager was helping me with finding the best fit of berks. She was UNBELIEVABLY helpful. She went above and beyond trying to help me with a solution to get me the shoes. Unfortunately, we are in the process of moving so we aren’t able to have them shipped, but man her service was fantastic! The store was also so clean and the shoes were always being put back by the workers. 10/10”

This site is clean and organized. It is well stocked and the staff is helpful and welcoming.
The location is in the Tanger Outlets and the Outlets can get super busy on weekends so if you want to park close go early.
Bathrooms are located in the corners of the Outlet Mall.”
“I came here last week and purchased two new shoes--one for work and one for everyday use. The staff is friendly and prompt in assisting customers if they need help. There are various shoe selections at this place, some of which have discounts! I love Asics shoes, and I am glad this outlet mall has an Asics store.”
“They had a sale for buy 1 get 2nd half off. Of course none of the 3 shoes I wanted were available at this location. Salesperson was able to order 1 and have it delivered to my house for no extra charge. I made out on the 2nd pair because neither was available. Bummer!”

“Although this is a smaller version of Shoe Carnival than the one in Springfield, it had a wide selection and friendly, helpful employees. Every time I've been there, I am "wowed" by employees going above and beyond to help.”
“The gf's strap on her Coach wallet broke while we were downtown in Branson MO from Des Moines IA. While the wallet couldn't be exchanged she found another one she liked and the staff sent hers in to be fixed. While the Coach store was a decent experience.... Avoid this Tanger Outlet on the weekends at all costs! The parking lot is a mess.”
“Had some great deals here. They have men and womens and kids. Lots of varying sizes especially for people with small feet. Associate was fantastic! Best friend loves and can only wear Clark's Wave Walker. Will be back for the sandals. Fantastic store!! Be sure to walk on carpet inside and not outside if you still are unsure about the shoes you just bought to counter past reviews. This is typical of all shoe stores.”
“This store is hit or miss, in my opinion. Many, many times I've come and and found absolutely nothing in my size or anything I liked (very basic shoes, nothing higher end, etc). This last time, 09/24, I found 2 pairs of AirMax for myself, one pair of AirMax for my son Air270 for my granddaughter, and several pieces of clothes that she loved (granted, she's 4, lol). They were all on a great sale and I got 5 pieces of clothing and 4 pairs of shoes for $400!”
