Last Christmas we all got my sister in law several gift cards to your store. I went with her to spend them. She got 2 pairs of shoes and when she went to give them her cards they would only let her use 1. They said that she couldn’t use more than 1 at a time. My understanding is that is money. I gave you money you gave me a card. She then had to pay cash for the second pair . This year we will give her cash and she may or may not spend it in Your store. Never ran into this situation with any other store. We had them go get the manager and she said she called someone else and confirmed you could only use one at a time. This was the Branson Mo store

Quite a few of you need some real world perspective- especially you legion of online critics!First, Nichole is excellent and knows her stuff. Second, SAS shoes are HANDMADE AMERICAN SHOES. Very high quality. Get over yourselves if you want inexpensive shoes. Shop for imports... you'll find them everywhere!I've needed quality shoes for 2 decades. SAS are among the best in the US market. Try them on, WALK A FEW LAPS AROUND THE STORE. You won't find that sort of fit and comfort in cheaper stuff. SAS also has a removable footbed, to accommodate orthotic inserts... another thing cheaper shoes don't allow for.You can't be comfortable if your feet are uncomfortable. Period!

I use to work there..was treated bad by manager..her name is nichole,she eqused me of doing something I never did..she pointed at the door and told me to go home like a dog..i couldn't even defend myself at all..was just told to go home..thats not the way you treat people?and I'm working on doing something about it?
