Beautiful place. Very spacious for a group of people. Everything you need is in the home. Has a golf game and a pool table.
Rooms: Very spacious. Most have double king beds and bathroom.

We had 12 in our group and there was plenty of space. Each room had its own bathroom, so there was no waiting around doing the peepee dance while us ladies got ready for the day.

Overall, the place was very nice. 2nd bedroom in our condo was just OK. Great for people with a lot of kids, but there is only a bunk bed & trundle. No end table, nowhere to set a suitcase, no lamp, etc. Just the beds and a dresser inside the closet that you can't open the drawers. Master shower is a walk in, but incredibly small. The 2nd bath is a larger tub/shower combo, but not handicap accessible.

I am still awaiting pay from Mike and hundan kuglar to pay our cleaning service for deep cleans from LAST WINTER !..the woman from hunters friend resort treats these as a middle man or super hosting ...underpays,disrespectful when speaking to anyone. .lied to us about pricing and renegotiated payments after already agreeing to our price ....and also never paid for additional mantinence we were forced to do without pay the entire 2022 season.....we are owed roughly 878.00 dollars alone from cleans ...DO NOT HELP THIS WOMAN KEEP STEALING AND UNDERPAYING CLIENTS ,.!

Called about the pool, it was super dirty and had green algae all over the bottom which made it super slippery. I was asking if it was going to be cleaned (and I was trying to be super friendly and polite) the woman that answered was absolutely rude! I was totally caught off guard by how rude she was about it and she ended up hanging up on me. If you’re expecting quality customer care, this is not the place.

My husband and I enjoyed our time at Rockwood Resort. Minded it was in March... therefore the only customer on location was us!,,, I asked for a unit on ground floor and greenbelt if possible, due to walking our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Soooo, yes, we were in the very first bldg. Condo was very nice and Clean,,,Rooms: Our room was very clean and the condo was well supplied.We had an awesome time, even considering we were not doing our best / health wise.

Rented our "house" from Beth's Breakaways. Wonderful people to work with. House is beautiful and more than we expected. Will be back again!
