We had a rental at enterprise and when I got to Branson I called them and asked if my car was ready, they told me they had over booked and that my conformation meant nothing. I looked everywhere for a car and seen this place. The people were extremely nice and helpful. The car was nice and we had a great experience! I would definitely use them again!

unfortunately we didn't have good luck our first time got tired of buying junk n had people tell us bout this place so we tried it out the staff and service was great and they had a small selection to choose from that was in our price range and what we could afford for a down payment and we found a 2010 Toyota Camry shortly after we bought it and drove it a bit we started having alot of issues nothing major just normal stuff and then after paying on it for 4 months started having major problems all at once and before we could talk to them the car broke down on my way home from work looked under the hood and found a hose popped off and antifreeze bubbling in the overflow so put hose back on and put antifreeze in radiator went to start it and acted like battery dead tried jumping it and couldn't get it to start so took battery out and took it home to put it on a charger the next day put battery back in and tried to start it and it still acted like battery was dead id try to start it and it would turn over but wouldn't start then id try it again and it would barely turn over so im pretty sure timing chain broke and instantly started bubbling again in the overflow so went back home to call and let em no car was broke down and was informed we were responsible for getting it towed and had to pay for them to fix it so i made the decision to just get my stuff out of it and told em to come get it i was tired of sinking all my money into a car that was gunna cost me over $ 15,000 after my final payment in 4 years and it only made it 4 months so basically back to struggling to get to work or around town and dont have they money for another down payment or to buy a car anywere else they are great people and not saying their cars are junk cuz i no people that are buying cars from them AND theirs are running good just figured the one junk car they did have i magically picked so not saying anything bad about the business the employees or the cars they were all great and id go thru them again but i couldnt put anymore money into that car not for the price i was paying

Great Repair Shop. Was impressed when I walked in and the Customer Waiting Room was Very Clean. You don’t see that Very Often. The Staff is Helpful. They Got my Car in On Time. They Also had My Car Repaired Sooner than Expected.

This place is awful they don’t help anyone out and when you pay for the car and put all your money down if it’s not to their standard they won’t give you the car and then you have to get all your money refunded and they won’t sell a car to anyone that has someone in the house without a license. They’re very rude instead of accommodating customers and aren’t very professional as they have employees in there who are immodest and don’t know how to wear a belt, have no respect for people around them who don’t want to see an entire butt during their experience buying a car.

I do not typically EVER leave bad reviews anywhere. But Branson Auto Sales will be an exception.Let me start by saying, I am NOT their customer. I am an insurance agent who sold insurance to a young female who UNFORTUNATELY decided to purchase her first car from Branson Auto Sales. My client informed me that the dealership was requiring her to carry certain insurance coverages in order to purchase a vehicle from them, so I quoted her with the coverages requested. I want to also add that it took me hours to find a policy for this young lady because it was her first insurance policy, and this specific dealership requires an unusual amount of coverage to be held in place. The next day, after FINALLY finding the most affordable insurance policy that I could find for her, my client informed me that she was ready to start the policy, Before issuing the policy, I called Branson Auto Sales and spoke with a man named Tobe. I confirmed the lien holder info, the coverages, and also confirmed that I was safe to issue the policy since the insurance companies I write for have specific refund policies that do not allow the customer to get any return premium if they cancel the policy within the first month of purchasing. He acted like everything was good to go and even gave me a fax number and requested for me to send the insurance paperwork over.Low and behold, the sweet young lady that was my client, calls me to inform me that Branson Auto Sales refused to sell her the car. After speaking with Angela (I believe that’s her name), I was informed that the ridiculous reason they wouldn’t sell her the car is because they couldn’t get ahold of her references. Which, is fine and some-what understandable. But WHY would you allow this young lady to spend $400 on a down payment to start an insurance policy, if you haven’t even reviewed her references? Angela was not apologetic whatsoever, and just kept justifying the refusal to sell this lady her car. I do not CARE about that. All that I am upset over, is the fact that they asked for me to fax over the insurance without finalizing the sale, knowing that this young lady was about to spend a non-refundable $400 on insurance. Angela, you must not be a mom, or a good one at that… because you continued to blame this young lady as if it was her fault. I encourage the employees at this establishment to communicate better, have more organized business practices, and be more UP FRONT. Especially in a world full of young people who are barely scraping by as it is.Luckily, and after several phone calls, I am able to offer this sweet girl a refund. But what a headache!!!She’ll never get her apology from these rude and unorganized people, but I hope that someone will read this and choose to take their business elsewhere.

this is the only repair shop that i trust, i was told by a big name auto shop in branson that i needed an entire rear end replacement for my truck. i took it to branson auto sales for a second opinion. turns out it was just a bearing, they fixed it quickly and for a fair price and it stayed fixed ( the other place always needed at least 2 tries). thanks Eldon and crew.

Iv been with them for 3 years and just recently paid off my car through them and they have been absolutely amazing! They are very friendly and great people in general! Thave always been up front and honest with me with repairs. They take care of the title, the tags and if you ever get into an accident Angie takes care of all the insurance stuff and you don't have to worry about a thing! I will be buying another car through them hopefully in the verynear future!!
