BRANSON TRAVELERS NOTICE AND BEWARE: I made a reservation 2 months in advance of my anniversary for October 19th 2023. When I realized they had messed my reservation date up and made it for 9/19/23, I called and got it straightened out. I confirmed with the receptionist that it was all taken care of. She said my reservation had been moved to October.When I arrived they could not find my reservation. I showed them my reservation from my phone. The manager came out and after a lengthy investigation he told me that I should have come in September because that is when the original reservation was. I explained that there had been a mistake and the receptionist had straightened it out for me. Obviously she didn't.He would not reconcile the issue even though I had already paid. They would not give me a refund, neither would they give me a room. As matter of fact, they asked me to pay for another room. It was total chaos. Other customers standing there were in disbelief of what was happening.These are incompetent and unorganized people. Staff and management don't seem to have a clue and "Customer Service" certainly is not in their vocabulary. Please find somewhere else to stay. We ended up going a short distance down the street and finding another place to stay.At a later date, I was telling my family about this terrible experience and my brother said "Did you say RED Lion? I am not surprised".10-22-23 update: Red Lion relations center reached out to me and basically let me know they are not responsible for individual motel locations, thus in effect removing themselves from any concern about this incident.I will never use this chain of motel again. As previously stated, my recommendation is to NEVER use Red Lion Inns & Suites motel chain. These people are not concerned with customer satisfaction ?10-24-23 update: The owner reached out to me trying to get me to come back. You can read their response below. They left no means of reconciliation. Only empty words. I guess they want to see if they can extort another $100 from me.11-7-23 update: Last update - We have now given up hope of getting this issue resolved. Please use this review to make an informed decision to not use their services. If you decide to go ahead and stay here, don't be surprised when you get disappointed.Look at the other reviews and you will see I am being honest with my review.

Booked room for two nites, they did not clean our room or bring clean towels . I called the desk & was told they didn’t have any clean towels because housekeeping didn’t work that day. I ask if they could get us some clean towels out of another room that was unaccompanied, was then told that they were all full up, which they were not!!! I requested a reduction on our bill since there were no towels & they hadn’t cleaned. The guy at the desk said he couldn’t do that. He said he could send the manager down to talk to me, so I said send him. Needless to say the manager never showed up. Miraculously they did send a young man down with a load of clean towels.The bathtub wouldn’t drain, while we were showering. The bathroom didn’t have a heater & it was a cold week in Branson. Carpet didn’t look to have been vacuumed either. Would not recommend this place to anyone, they were not the least bit helpful or concerned!! Breakfast area was just disgusting, food droppings everywhere. No one to tidy up between people eating. TERRIBLE experience, they need to step up their game or they will lose all business. DO NOT be fooled by the pictures they advertise on their website.

Well the Priceline reviews are not true. Our door lock didn’t work but once. Had to be let in by office. Room was clean. Place is ruuuun down. But worst is last night came home before 11. People next door are barbecuing!!!!!! and smoking outside the door and Mgr saw this. Gotta be against fire code to bbq. At 11:50 called the office 3 times to ask them to intervene. Once no answer. Second and third time answers and they responded and then acted like they couldn’t hear and set phone aside. Neighbors revving engines, yelling yay cocaine and beer!! Don’t stay here! No one to be found at front desk at check out.

Great value, great pricing. My stay was purely business, not vacation, and was my first time ever trying these accommodations. When I first stepped foot in the room, I was pleasantly blown away by how clean, nicely adorned, and just plain comforting that the room actually was for both business travelers and vacationing families alike. Bravo Red Lion Inn Branson! Desk staff and management was fantastic too. They even offered to make me an 'after hours' pot of coffee, lol, gotta love it. The room was dirty. We booked for 2 days we didn't have towels and enough toilet paper for 2days either pretty sad service.a bottle cap that has been left under one of the beds for who no how long. Need to vaccume everyday. I would not recommend this hotel that looks like a motel. Needs to really do cleaning everywhere in it. Sad motel manager is a liar not good either in management.. that says alot for the red lion motel needs serious attention....this motel is overpriced did not think that for 2 days it was over $200 dollars .the doors to the room was drafty and there was slugs in the room . I was very disappointed for staying here was not worth the money or the hassle . If this was the last hotel that was vacant i would sleep in my car so if someone is looking for a place to stay do not stop here there are better places in Branson

Well where do I start room was pretty clean need to get the spider webs out of the corners of the room.. Now on to the shower well when I stated to take a shower the shower head came off hit me in the head and the floor floods when you are showering because the curtain it's long enough.. nothing was done about until the next day .then to top it all off they never cleaned up the mess after fixing it.. Unbelievable never again..

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. My family visited Branson for the first time on a Saturday and booked Red Lion Inn and Suites. When we pulled up it did not look like a hotel but rather a motel. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and checked in. Immediately upon going into our room we were disgusted. The carpet was stained, the smell of the room was stale, and the comforter on one of the beds was horribly stained. It looked like bodily fluid. I was shocked they even put that on the bed. I have children that are four years old and one year old and I could not consciously allow for them to stay in that unsanitary room. When we approached the front desk rep about this issue, he did not show any type of concern. We asked for a refund which was denied. There wasn't a manager on duty at the time, so we had to call back the following Monday. We left and booked another hotel down the street. The next Monday we called in the morning and left a message for the manager to call us back. They never did so we called back that night. The manager said they were brand new and couldn't help and would call us back by Friday. We never heard back from them. We called a number for Red Lion, and someone said they filed ticket for our complaint and refund request and that Customer Care would get back with us in 5-7 business days. We still have not heard back. I cannot believe this hotel is still in business.Noteworthy details: Do not book this hotel! The rooms are unsanitary, and the staff is very unprofessional and incompetent. On top of that, if you have a complaint there is not a corporate number to call.

I was concerned after reading some reviews but we were part of a group and had no lodging input. Adequate room. Clean and had some new updates such as a new shower. Obviously they are trying to improve the quality of their rooms. The standout employee was housekeeper Pam. So helpful and such a great attitude! We were there as a part of a large group and she was the only housekeeper there! Hardworking lady! The worst part was breakfast. Eggs, sausage and hashbrown tots every single day. We stayed 4 nights and they ran out of eggs and yogurt on day three. Bare bones fare to say the least. Honestly I would have not chosen this hotel but it turned out ok
