The place was a pretty typical time share resort in most ways, but they are skipping on a few things that make them seem cheap. We got 1 bar of soap in each bathroom - had to move it from shower to sink. The 2nd bedroom had only 1 light that was on the night table between beds - no overhead or lamp. There is a list of "Starter kit items" until you get to the store: 1 paper towel, 1 coffee, 5 trash bags, 2 toilet paper, and so on.Front desk lady was not helpful or friendly checking in. The code they gave us would not connect us to wi-fi, went to the front desk and asked - she writes down a phone number and says, "call them".It was the internet provider's number. We had to give the helpful guy the MAC address of our laptops to get them past Spinnaker's firewall! Nice touch, Spinnaker!

If you value security do not stay here.We have been here for a week and come here several times a year for the last 3 years. I had no idea the security was as bad as it is. There was a thief getting into cars in the heights side. This happened on Dec 17th at 0545. When I found out I had a computer stolen and my brother had 2 pistols stolen, we reported it to the front desk and the police. The afternoon of the 17th I went to the front desk to review the cameras. They only have one camera at the very begining of each parking lot and the quality is awful. You cannot see 2/3 parking lots. I witnessed multiple vehicles that were rummaged through and things were stolen. I asked the front desk if they were going to notify the guests of the incident. They said the havnt and probably won't. They can just report it to the police... I asked if they sent anyone around the area to see if anything was dropped or if they could find and entrance. They did not do that until I asked 14 hours after the incident. I walked the area and to my suprise there are 2 unlockable gates that thieves can just walk right up to the place. Within 100 feet of people's back doors. I asked the on site manager if there were going to do anything about security and was told it's a corporate problem. I called corporate and they said it's a site manager problem. I finally get the general managers number (adam). I called him 2 days after the incident and all he said he knew about it was an email he glanced at. When asked if he had plans to fix the gate issue and get better cameras he stated they have been looking into it. I fail to believe this as there are other reviews on here concerning theft from 2019 and they have done nothing. When I asked the lady at the front desk how often this happens she stated. "It's usually in the summer not as much in the winter". They know they have a security problem and do not care to do anything about it. Two days after the event and im still talking to people around me theat had no clue someone was going through vehicles. One man's car shows the thief going through his trunk AT THE VERY FRONT OF THE CAMERA/PARKING LOT and they still didn't notify the old man about it. The only thing worst than thier supposed security is thier lack of care for it. I was contacted 2 days after the theft by the front desk. I was hoping it was about the video surveillance or the manager but no, it was a sales guy asking me to attend a 1200 meeting the next day for some time share stuff and I would recieve a $150 gift card. They will offer you things for presentations but nothing in regards to your stolen property or security concerns. I've spent thousands coming here the last 3-4 years and have had multiple families book as well so we could be close. We will not be back unless something is done about the security. We enjoyed the rooms. Also there was another lady that had a friend staying who's debit card was stolen. She attended a time share meeting and brought up the security. She was laughed at and told "that doesn't happen here" and was sent away from the meeting.

We had a wonderful stay! This was a perfect spot to call home while in Branson for a few days! The rooms are incredibly spacious! It was fantastic to have a kitchen, dining room, and living room! It was perfect for our Thanksgiving meal with family! Our unit had a washer and dryer as well! Great area tucked into the trees, yet easy access to the sights and activities of Branson. The pool and game room were fun to enjoy as well! When we come back to Branson, this is the place we will stay again for sure! So convenient and comfortable! Have a great day!Rooms: Spacious, clean, and very comfortable!Nearby activities: Easy access to all of the theaters and activities!

We spent a week at Palace View Resort. Got locked out of our room and spent 2 1/2 hours in the office. They could not get the lock fixed and we had to go to a show. We missed our dinner and came back at 10pm to have to change rooms , move our stuff and eat dinner. The new room had lots of dead and alive spiders and other bugs we had to clean up. Also a decomposed mouse was behind our bed which my husband disposed of. Sorry we will not be back.

Place was great and close to a lot of activities. Good for the price, too. Very spacious.The gym could be better onsite and the stairs leading down to our room were broken and wobbly and didn't feel super safe.

Upon arrival the front staff was somewhat rude and sorry with customers. I was asked who we booked through and felt that because I didn't book through them I did something wrong. The woman helping us forgot to have me sign my paperwork so I had to ask her about signing it. It was a cold night out and when we got to our room our keys didn't work because she forgot to program them. I had to look up the number, call and have maintenance bring us new keys, we had 2 children with us who were very cold. It took about 10 minutes for them to show up.The room is nice but they could do some things to make it nicer. There's a wonderful breakfast bar but no chairs to sit at. I believe most people, like ourselves, who travel most of the day to get here, so it would be nice to have water bottles available in our room. The bed is spring based so not very comfortable and the pillows seem very old. It is rather noisy, you hear movement from all adjoining rooms. Our first morning at 7 in the morning you could hear Gun shots from behind the hotel. I'm not sure if there's a range behind building 9 but if so it's something they might want to disclose.

I would like to start off by saying the service is amazing and the rooms are clean and a good size. But I do have one major complaint, the walls are paper thin. I can hear every word the person next door is saying. I mean, it is loud. Like I am dealing with annoying roommates. My neighbors started making breakfast at 6:30am and I could hear EVERYTHING. It woke me and my boyfriend up because of how loud it was. I genuinely feel like I have no privacy.

Beautiful resort my family was able to stay at. The staff was very accommodating and the 2 bedroom condo was clean and beautiful. I enjoyed the jacuzzi in the tub and the food was great at the County Buffet. And enjoyed the show, Queen Esther!

Going for an anniversary trip. Gated condo community that is a non-smoking, no pets area, but it didn't stop some from smoking outside. In the room, half of the electrical outlets don't work. "Premium Wifi" coverage is a joke. Friendly, knowledgeable front desk staff. Concierge desk can get you tickets to every show; they will try to entice you into a 90-minute time-share offer, as well.

I had both units. In all the years of using my timeshares at many location, the lock off unit was the biggest. It had a full kitchen, living room with a couch, chair, coffee table, small table with two chairs.

Great location and actually received a room upgrade as they were not booked. The only poor thing was the internet. It seldom worked well. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was very clean and the towels and bedding was excellent.

Extremely poor water pressure, no towel service, put garbage out and no one picked it up. Wifi sucked had a working vacation and wouldnt hold a signal long enough to do anything.
