She has gone above and beyond helping my sister and I port in an old land line so we don't lose a number we have had since childhood. I cannot say enough about how amazing and patient she has been through this tedious process.”

“Was on family vacation when I accidentally dropped my phone while we were at the Landing. Screen was totally broken. I did a quick google search using my husband's phone and this shop was the only one still open since it was already almost 6pm. I called and spoke with Frank who advised to bring the phone to him. I did go the next day and shared a nice conversation with him. I left my phone with him while my family and I went to a wax museum. Not even an hour later, my husband received a text saying phone is now ready to be picked up. I picked it up and was even given a free casing. Thank you Frank!!! “The team here a premier wireless is Outstanding! I had a major issue and they were super kind and helpful. After several hours in store and then later on the phone with tech support, apple, etc., the process to solving my issue was crazy, but Austin, Jody, and Brad were able to get me rocking and rolling again!
