My wife makes things with yarn, i do some wood working and leather working. She Said Walmart had better yarn selection. But she likes hobby lobby better, lol. For myself their leather working selection was almost nonexistent. Wood working wasn't very much either. I know they have limitations on space for all the different craft items, so some people would love it and find everything they need. Store was clean and setup nicely. Just wish they had more of what we were looking for.

I was sent there because someone told me they could make custom acrylic boxes for my 12" crown. No one knew what I was talking about and employees acted like they were to busy to help. Won't return. I will go do self service at Walmart. I am a pretty good employee when I go shop there. ?

Since it is fall, I was looking for blank long sleeve. I found none. I only found short sleeve shirts. Some guy was dust mopping with headphones or earbuds or something and never acknowledged me. It seemed like he purposely avoided me. Two other employees were so engrossed in their own conversation that I didn't want to interrupt them. The only other employees I saw were running registers.

It is a typical Michaels store. This visit this location: told cashier that price on screen that I was being charged was not what shelf said. She just looked at me and continued. I bought several of same item in different colors and was charged incorrectly for each. It was only like $1.02 total. I just paid and left but cashier really should have acknowledged my issue and attempted to resolve.

On June 1, 2023 I stopped by ten minutes before close, looking for one item. I entered the store and was told I had nine minutes to shop. I was asked if I needed help. I declined. I was focused on finding the exact item I sought. I went tocan aisle to look, where an employee followed me and asked if I needed help. Again, I declined. I went over two aisles towards the back and was followed by an employee, who stood watching me drumming her fingers on the rack and tapping her foot. She asked "can I help you find anything or...." and I replied "again, no thank you". I continued looking (it was only three minutes since I entered the store), and that same employee followed me. I felt accosted and unwelcome. I hope others do not get treated like this as it is unprofessional.
