We went in to buy an adjustable bed frame. We talked to the manager, William, on the phone the day before and he remembered the conversation. He showed us exactly what we wanted and told us what would work for our needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable!!

Went in the store today bought a great mattress and got a good deal. Best part is we never have to use a box spring again. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He knew a lot about selecting the best mattress for our sleep positions and he had a great personality. First time its been enjoyable buying a piece of furniture. I would highly reccommend Mattress Firm when you need a new bed. Slept on the new bed and it was like waking up as a whole new person. Our former mattress was 24 years old talk about a difference, no body aches, no headaches.

I did not have a good experience at the start. I bought a high end mattress with a salesman who was not friendly or honest about pricing. The delivery and pick up of the mattress was also a nightmare. However, the manager made it all good. He was very nice, upfront and honest. They are fortunate to have a good professional manager there. If you buy here I would definitely recommend asking for William.
