  A lovely store with a great selection of comfortable and interesting shoes, plus fun accessories. The staff is helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed shopping there and talking with a beautiful person and employee named Donnalee. Wish I had the time to visit their sister stores, Queen Elizabeth and Grand Glitz.

  I have an extremely hard to fit foot. I can count on finding both fit and style in this store. Sadly I live too far away to go frequently but try to go every few years. The service is friendly and knowledgeable I spent 2 hrs there yesterday and walked out with a cute and COMFORTABLE pair of summer sandals and a handbag. If you are hard to fit I recommend you make a point of taking your next vacation in Branson and stop by to see Elizabeth and her staff.

  I have shopped there many times and have never been disappointed. The staff is always very patient and helpful. I live in the Dallas, Texas area and am planning my next excursion soon.

  Stopped by just to see what they had & found three pairs of shoes I could live without. HUGE selection of brands & narrow shoes. Found church shoes, work shoes & casual tennis shoes. Also had cute gifts & beautify jewelry. Shopped the entire landing & around Main Street & found the most unique items at this store! Include a cute little greeter pup!

  Last place I'll ever look for shoes again. My Mom wears a very narrow shoe and we were told to try here. So on 9/14/19 we dropped in just after 10 am. Mom was in need of a pair of casual shoes for everyday wear. They had some attractive shoes on display so I was hopeful. The lady that "helped" Mom was quite obnoxious. She kept telling her what she needed to buy not showing her what she asked for. Finally, I stepped up and offered a couple of shoes that she might like from the displays. Evidently this was the wrong thing to do as I had my head bit off and handed to me by the sales lady. So I bit my tongue, turned on my heel and retreated to the front of the store so as not to tell her exactly what I thought and cause a scene. Such unprofessionalism I have seldom seen from seasoned salespeople. The other ladies in attendance flitted around like giddy schoolgirls and were absolutely no help. Mom finally found a pair that worked in spite of the lack of help. As we were paying I noticed the sign about " no returns". I found it very odd considering the expensive nature of the product, ( Mom's 1 pair of shoes were $155.00). As we were leaving the sales lady that waited on Mom ( grey Bob hair style) called after us that we should check back in the fall for more colors like Mom was looking for. Well not a chance! From now on we'll just order from the Maryland square or Auditions catalogues!! If the owners are smart they'll hire all new employees. Or at the very least get the current ones some lessons on customer service!

  THESE LADIES BROUGHT SO. NANY OF SH0W FOR ME TO TRY ON THEY USED A TWQ WHELLER....CHRISTINA TREATED MEWITH RESPECT NOT DISABLED OR DIFFRENT, WELL I LEFT WTHOUT ANY SHOES. TERRY STOPPED To get cool drink and he found m e with taar rolling down my face. I said if you will bUy those, I will EAT bologna for a week, I don't even eat bologna or most meats lol WE DROVE HOME A LOVELY AHLETIC SHOE SPARKLES AND ALL. THANK YOU GIRLS FOR THE BEST DAY, ………….PS WE WON THE BASKET GAMe AND ALL BOY CAME HOmE WITH US FO PIZZA ,,,BOTH TEAMS ,,,,,FROM A HAPPY CAMPER, ///// BE BLessed

  Visited the store on 10/21 which was a Sunday and was surprised and pleased. Purchased two charms I saw the day before. The “little” lady that served me was ok. Today 10/23 I called and ordered 5 items to be shipped to me. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and professional. I would frequent the store on my next visit from Trinity, Texas.

  Stopped by while wandering in downtown Branson. They have beautiful boots and shoes. However the staff was obnoxious, constantly stating that was “her job”to find my size and didn't want me to find and try on those that I liked. If you like to have someone riding your back while shopping this would be the place to go. Instead of a relaxing shopping experience staff made it chaotic and a lot more work than it would have to be. Staff was very critical when I chose to try a different boot on each foot. God forbid- we get them mixed up. She would try telling me a box had a very small size in it - And I would pick it up and look. Lo and behold it was just what I needed.Unfortunately she didn't know how the sizes ran, and was telling me that the shoes I actually bought would be way too small. She was also very pushy in her opinions. I was highly frustrated when I finally left the store. But did make a purchase

  As we were walking by my grandmother was looking in the window and older lady with a very short bob locked the door 5 mins before closed. I have no idea where she got her professionalism but you should never lock the doors in front of a customers face especially if your not technically closed. So upset that my grandmother didn't get to take a look in the store but I'm glad she didn't with that experience! Be aware if you come across this store in downtown Branson

  Two years ago, I was in Branson and I purchased 5 pairs of shoes at If the Shoe Fits. They have worn BEAUTIFULLY. As a Narrow shoe wearer, it is really hard for me to find shoes.

  They DO NOT stand behind what they sell. Be very leery of buying here. Better to buy on line and take your chances. Stuck up and snobby ladies.

  Very pricey. Employees off-putting about sizes of shoes. I didn't see any boxes marked narrow, asked if carried them said those were kept in back. Asked for particular shoe and saleswoman pulled out box from stacks in middle of store. What!?! Then insisted I should try shoe I wasn't interested in. Very weird experience. Won't go again
