Don't use this service if your going here for the refund advance its a scam to get you through the door you will be denied and charged 200 for no reason other than you let them fill your taxes out for you and you don't know if your approved til after you pay them stay away from here and do the taxes yourself

A very chaotic mess.. they will schedule you an appointment, you will take off work to go to that appointment, you will still wait to see the agent as if you never scheduled an appointment just to be told that they can't help you with past tax problems even though they are the ones you trusted to get it right for you.. they will not take responsibility for their actions on your taxes... Too much detail to go into but I would definitely not recommend h&r block..

I’ve done my own taxes via TurboTax since I can remember. This year was a little more complicating with multiple investments and I decided to go with an in-person tax professional. Victoria is extremely knowledgeable and I am now looking forward to using H&R Block every year!
