Very friendly and clean. Renovation started at 8am and lasted until 7pm. No relaxing in my room between those times due to the noise. Looking forward to staying after they are done!

DO NOT STAY HERE! It would have been cleaner to stay in a barn. I can’t believe how much I paid for this place. It looks nothing like what is pictured online. It was disgusting. I’m only leaving one star because there isn’t an option for something less!!!

This hotel is on a convenient location, close to restaurants and shopping areas but keep in mind everything in Branson it’s pretty close and you don’t need to drive too far to have fun. So, based on that, price charged per room is not the best but this is a decent place to stay. It’s clean, hot breakfast, kitchen staff and front desk are very friendly.Rooms: Clean rooms.

Yes this is a Holiday Inn. No its not the Holiday Inn you are used to staying in. Probaly an old hotel that they purchased, did a quick remodel on and brought under their name. The rooms are really small, bathroom small, elevator out of service. Ive stayed in plenty of Holiday Inns and just expected the same thing you always see in their other locations. Feel crammed in with not much room for storing suitcases. The 3 tiny drawers we have are not nearly enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Just enough room in the bathroom for one toiletry bag on the counter and not much else. With all that being said the room is very clean. Breakfast area and lobby are nice as well.

Due to a computer "Glitch" we received a call informing us that "Sorry, your reservation has been canceled. We were able to sell the room for a higher rate. Good luck."That's sure a heck of a way to treat an IHG Silver Elite member. Oh well, the other Holiday Inn Express got us in. We only had to pay $150.00 more than the rate we had already made reservations for. Good thing we picked up the phone right before leaving, or we would have shown up with no place to stay. Then, we waited 48 hours for the hotel staff to call us and make it right, but no call came. It sure is great that IHG had to cover your slack. Wow, glitch much?

Would've been a five star stay had the elevator on our side been working, or if there was at least an elevator in the middle. DO NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE DISABLED, it was exhausting. Also no handicap access in the back where 3/4 of the parking is, so if you need a ramp you have to walk all the way around the front, up very steep hills. The rooms also no longer come standard with a microwave, only the suites do. Which again, needing the elevator we had to walk all the way across to the other end and back just to heat up food. Thankfully the sweet lady at the desk found an extra microwave for us. All of the issues would have been no issue if we hadn't needed disabled accessibility.

Desk service and check in was great. Rooms were nice, but furniture is worn and needing replaced. The beds were very nice and comfortable. Cable TV had many channels. Good variety at free breakfast. Both hot and cold cereals, eggs, biscuits, gravy-fruits-etc.Desk said furniture was getting replaced in Dec-Jan.Nearby activities: Close to Branson Landing and the shows. Many restaurants close, and Wal-Mart is walking distance if needed.Noteworthy details: Nice well lighted free parking.

Room was good. Balcony door needed weather stripping. Bathtub drain was broken but who would take a bath at a hotel anyway. A real tourist hotel. Guests are noisy in the halls, abd 1 of 2 elevators was out of order. It was sufficient for our needs.

I & several of my Marine Corps friends, stayed in this hotel for a week, during our annual Marine Corps Reunion. Absolutely 5 Stars in every aspect. The location is perfect for attending the theaters & restaurants nearby. Our rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The Hospitality room we met in was very spacious & had all the amenities we needed. The staff, at check in & out, were very polite, professional, and very helpful. The Housekeeping staff & the Lady who kept the wonderful breakfast stocked, did a great job.Miss Genesis is the manager & she is blessed to have such a wonderful staff.Thank you for making our Marine Corps reunion a great experience!Rooms: Very Clean & Comfortable.Nearby activities: Theaters, restaurants close by..Walkability: Restaurants, Walmart, theaters....
