  Horrible. They make their own rules and if you have SSI for a child they make you have a letter stating you are the representative payee. Even though SSI says you do not have to and the letter of verification is sufficient enough. Nope not here. Save yourself the headache

  They are helpful nice and do not charge outrageous fees.

  Wouldn't let me DEPOSIT my check that had MY NAME and my husband's name on it, into MY ACCOUNT,because he didn't have his ID in the drive thru???? But accepted it when I sent it through their mobile banking app. Make it make sense.
