A couple of the girls at this bank have a TERRIBLE attitude. They don't greet you, say thank you, or hold any interaction with you in the drive through. Their personalities remind me of a wet sponge.Not cool. At all.If my company didn't bank through them, I wouldn't be using this bank at all.

Very Long story short. Hannah at this branch saved the freaking day and should receive an award/promotion/raise for putting up with me. BTW don't go to the branch at the landing drive the extra 4 minutes to this one!

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. And it's like that every single time I use the lobby. They had THREE tellers, all helping one customer, and they made me wait until all THREE of them were done helping that one customer. Waited 7 minutes. And all the drive thru lanes were full the 7 minutes I waited and they never serviced them either. Maybe the customer was the bank owner or something. Wish I had chosen another bank. Time to start looking.

Well ' i don't like this bank' they are rude and to many things that are not cool' you have to wait 24 hr to get your money after cashing a check' and when i did i wanted some of the money off the check ' the lady didn't tell me there was going to be an overdraft ' untell i asked whats my balance ' now why would i want to pay an overdraft' for one day '' makes no sense so all i see here at this bank ' is that they want to charge you for anything they can ' and what i don't understand is '' why i have too wait 24 hr's for the check to clear' when walmart will cash it with a little fee '' heck my other bank will cash it and i don't have to wait 24 hr's ' so if other banks can cash it why cant this bank do the same '' and i can't believe this bank has 5 star's something is wrong here with that '' lol'.
