I checked in to Great Rock at Branson after booking based on your web page description. See some quotes from it below.
I think you would agree that what we got is not what was promised.
This is the second room that we've been put in because the first had a window that would not lock and no one was around to fix it.
This room has outside lights that do not work so we come back to a dark hall and foyer. Sofa is not fit to sit on. Fireplace screen is half laying inside the fire box. Toilet paper holder is half off and won't keep the roll on. Wall paper is coming off everywhere. And on and on.

Room was great! The view was amazing. It was nice and secluded a little off of 76 so it didn't seems so busy. The front desk attendants were very nice and knowledgeable about anything we wanted to know. Ashley and Katie were very nice and helpful. Parking was pretty full but it was a holiday.

The room was great. My kids and I loved our stay. It is a typical resort style so the check-in was about a mile from where you stay. They had a pool and an absolutely lovely front desk staff. They helped us with tickets while we stayed. Ashlyn and Patricia were so very welcoming. Will stay again.

Overall we would stay here again. Great location, good price, quiet area around the golf course, very secure with interior door behind another door, washer/dryer in the unit, very convenient location to everything.
There was no hair dryer, very few pillows, check-in was down the road, and the couch was peeling badly. There was some wear and tear on the unit that could be spruced up but it won’t keep us from staying here again.

I stayed at the resort in March 2024. We had a one-bedroom suite. It was really clean. Very quiet. Everything was great. We stayed on the fourth floor. We did find elevators. I was amazed the unit even had a washer and dryer.
The negatives and there is a few. The TV reception was horrible. Most of the time it didn't work. They have direct tv. Another negative was the pillows, though soft, were way to small. I would recommend king-size pillows.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again! It's a beautiful place with a really friendly staff!!! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this place
Rooms: Beautiful nice and clean rooms! Definitely need to bring your own pillows because these ones are small. Overall an excellent place to stay
Safety: Very safe. Gave us two key cards

Check-in was a little inconvenient since the check-in is a mile and a half away. Condo room was clean. Furniture could have been better update/up kept (the sofa was peeled). Stay was comfortable and decent for price.

This was a great place to stay. To start, we made the reservation through AIRBNB. This was a non refundable room. The dates we were scheduled to come my fiance ended up in the hospital. Needless to say we could not make the trip. I talked to the people and explained what was going on. They let me change the dates at no charge! This to me was above and beyond what they had to do. They care about the guest! They will have my business from now on as we are frequent flier to the area.

Buyer BEWARE. They will show you pictures of the NEWLY renovated property and will put you in the NON renovated rooms. When I book my stays I go off of the information presented and that is not what we were given. The resort should make a separate listing for the non renovated property because it is A MESS. Nails sticking an half inch out of thresholds, cracks in tile, mildew smell that hits you in the face as you enter the door. The couch is one big mess of peeling faux leather. Carpets are stained, moldy shower seats. You can hear the people above you showering/walking. Everything is insanely outdated. If you like sleeping on springs this is the king size bed for ya. I could go on. When we asked to be given the unit we booked we were told those rooms were fully booked and they switched us units only to be given another non renovated unit and the very same problems. Don’t stay here. Take your money elsewhere.

My husband and I stayed there the first part of November 2023. Absolutely loved the place. We were on fourth floor and thankful for the elevator since I have knee problems.The view off the balcony was beautiful. The trees were in full fall color.We were close enough to the strip yet far enough to feel off to ourselves.Will stay again when we come back that way.

Office is across town. We ended up having to drive 2 times because we were given a room that wasn't ready. We still had to wait because the room key didn't work for the new room. Staff was friendly though and the location was nice and quiet. Rooms were ok, but could use a little more updates and cleaning, but good for the price. Now, several months later, I am getting consistent calls from a call center about deals in regards to this resort. For that, I am giving a lower rate! They have called 3 times today with different numbers and it's getting annoying.

It was ok, nothing great about it. Rooms had an old andmildew-like smell. If you wanted to play in the pool , you have to drive back to the main hotel. I would not stay here again.
