My husband and I stayed at Grand Oaks this past weekend. We had never stayed here before, but we would definitely go back. The rooms were very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to other attractions, but you are not right on the strip, and it is a much quieter atmosphere.Rooms: The rooms were very clean and quiet.

The hotel appeared nice. We stayed Thursday - Sunday. Our only complaint is even though we asked staff to go ahead and clean the room. They don't usually do this for extended stay customers. To help prevent issues from arising. Anyway, All that got done was picking up the old towels used for the jacuzzi and left 2 fresh ones. The jacuzzi and bathroom wasn't cleaned. As the soap scum remained on them. We called and asked. It still didn't get taken care of. We did not use the pool or any other things the hotel offered after our jacuzzi and bathroom not being properly taken care of experience.

Rooms were ok, but what upset me the most was I had my Apple Watch stolen from our room, it was in my luggage because it was not working, so if you decide to stay please don't leave any valuables in the room. It's upsetting to know that someone can do that when we are suppose to be enjoying our trip. I also called up to the hotel once I noticed it was missing and the front desk lady said she would get the manager and I was on hold for over 15 mins waiting for someone to come to the phone. I highly highly do NOT recommend this place.

It’s an OK hotel. They’re cutting corners though… no peanut butter with breakfast. Only packets of powdered creamer. Yogurt in bulk rather than individuals. No shampoo/conditioner, just a dispenser on the wall for shampoo/body wash…. Outdoor pool was like an ice bath in October. Why not heat it? Hot tubs were just regular above ground hut tubs not built ins. Some windows in the pool room need to be replaced or cleaned, as you can’t see out of them. I say splurge a little and add the little touches that make a difference and charge $10 more per room. Great location though.

Beds were very nice, room service lacked 4 attention, Taking in consideration other guests needs, Hot tub working, Not working.. 4 the money.. it could've bn better, 4 the better money, Wasn't a "Swanky" hotel.. but it was billed as a hotel better than most. Service fell short.. overall.. I'd give it 2.5 stars out of 5.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Wife's experience with this hotel...HORRIBLE experience here 2 weeks ago. The hotel received threats from a previous guest, the police were involved and when we didn't feel safe staying here, management refused to refund our stay (despite the fact that we had only been in the building for 10 minutes when the police arrived). The management was incredibly rude, owner has still not returned my calls or spoken to me about the incident. There are MANY great places to stay in Branson where I am confident that staff and management are much kinder and provide better customer service. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

We booked this hotel for a last minute get away. From the second we checked in with Mike, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The place was clean, quiet and had a nice pool and hot tub to relax after our long drive. The value was awesome, the breakfast was served by a friendly helpful woman and we got great advice and service at the front desk with Mike.Nearby activities: This location is conveniently located to all kinds of restaurants, activities and even a grocery store.

I love this place it is the cleanest nicest hotel in Branson. The staff is kind and helpful. The housekeepers are the best they work really hard to make sure we had a clean room and just a overall wonderful experience. They really need a big raise for all the hard work they do to make sure we have nice clean bug free rooms. Thank you Grand Oaks we will definitely be back next year.Rooms: The were hands down the cleanest rooms I have ever seen in a hotel. They have a indoor n outdoor pool, a fitness room, laundry room and u get a hot breakfast every morningNearby activities: It is like 5 mins walking distance from the Branson strip and next door to walmart.Noteworthy details: The Housekeepers there were the Best. Very hard workers. Everyone of them were just so kind n helpful

DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!This hotel advertises as a "luxury" hotel but is definitely NOT!Not only was the soap dispenser in the shower leaking soap all over the shower floor there's no vent in the bathroom there was no Kleenex in the room no extra amenities like what you would get from a chain hotel. We got a king size Jacuzzi room because we were celebrating an anniversary and not only was the room totally drab colors so uninviting ...the bed a little saggy but the Jacuzzi was not working like it was supposed to although the hotel would tell you otherwise because they don't want to fix it. Does it look like from the video that there are very many bubbles coming from the Jets ...maybe two of them but not the rest . My bathtub Jacuzzi is so much more powerful than this!! There is a really small showerhead. The sink would not totally stop up.We had planned to stay two nights but of course that wasn't going to happen.Rita, the general manager was so rude and ugly and only wanted to take $38 off of a $215.43 room. and Rita also HUNG UP ON ME so I guess Customer Service is not a priority to them.

HORRIBLE experience here 2 weeks ago. 10 minutes after arriving, the police came to the hotel. Staff informed me they were receiving threats from a previous guest who was threatening to return to the hotel (to do God only knows what). I was traveling alone with my son and we didn't feel safe staying here. I explained my concerns to the management who refused to refund our stay (despite the fact that we had only been in the building for 10 minutes when the police arrived; we were in the building less than 60 minutes, never so much as flushed a toilet or turned on a faucet). The management has been incredibly rude, the owner has still not returned my calls and refuses to speak to me about the incident. The day after we left the hotel we happened to drive by and see the police pulling in to the parking lot again, which further confirmed my concerns about staying there. There are MANY great places to stay in Branson where I am confident that staff and management are much kinder and provide better customer service. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I left Branson king and resort because it was nasty and chose this hotel after talking to Mike the manager he was amazing helped us out got us a room for 5 night at a fair price, even followed us to make sure the room was perfect. Had somone In my friend group get sick and we asked mike if they had any tums or anything to help he said they didn’t but told us about as gas station near by to get the tums. Never in my life have I had a hotel manager volunteer to pick us up from where we were and bring us back to are hotel and mike did that he went out his way to help other. I will always always recommend this hotel and Mike because of their amazing service. Because of mike we had an amazing experience. I used to stay in grand country but for a cheap price it was perfectRooms: We’re amazing beds and pillows were clean. Was the best stay I’ve had since I had stayed at grand country. Grand country is an amazing hotel just to expensiveSafety: Front door to the entrance u had to use your key to get inWalkability: Was and easy walk to the strip and Walmart, or anywhere
