This store used to be fun. In the past I have bought quite a few pieces of jewelry. Now their sales push is so intense I will not go there in the future.

What a terribly place to give any business to. Let me start by saying if you have a policy that says no refunds, in store exchanges only, you should absolutely tell someone before the card is ran. My mother spent $275 here and then on the bottom of the receipt was told she couldn’t return it. She is a 74 year old woman on a fixed income and the owner would not refund her money immediately after purchase. I have zero respect for anyone who allows their employees to take advantage of someone older and especially someone who wasn’t told the prices up front or the policy for returns…. And still didn’t have the heart to give her the money back immediately after swiping the card. Please think twice before supporting this business!!!
Also to add to the response below- I wasn’t there in the store but was on the phone with her. She was crying! She said she didn’t see your tiny sign until after the card was ran. She asked the owner to refund the amount and he refused. A printed receipt is after the fact of a purchase. Get real buddy!!! You know you take advantage of people. I hope you answer to God for your greediness and cold heart. Your response to this review says enough about you to know who you are.

I brought a top and skirt I tried to return it as soon as I walked out because I was on the phone with my Daughter she said no she wouldn’t buy it so I went right back in ask to return it so I could look around for something else!!! Long story short he was a jerk saying that he Couldn’t his policy was on the top of the cabinet but I had put my purse on there so I didn’t see it snd sure didn’t tell me that then I spent 275.00 and you would think he would let me change it for something else but want So be sure you look at the price before you get talked into it by the sales lady ?

immediately turned and walked back in the store. He pointed out to me that there was a return policy, and it was on top of their counter, which I had laid my person on top of it. He never mentioned the return policy. Needless to say I spent $275 and I'm on a very fixed income and so it will take me a long while to pay this out. Please don't let them be talking to you as you are checking out. They are distracting you.

I used to go to this store as a tradition that I tried to pass on to my daughter. The lady that was at the Marianna Jewelry counter was so incredibly pushy with my 16 year. She wouldn’t take no for an answer when my daughter didn’t want to spend $89 on a cup. So disappointed. Will never return.

Ripoffs and over priced! Beware! Was visiting on vacation. Found some shoes I wanted to buy. Saw online from brand of show company on sale for $59. The store would not honor that price and wanted a $130. So, I left very disappointed!

I'm here on vacation and went to check this shop out very fun jewelry and beautiful store! When we walked in we were greeted then we're followed around the store, the workers were watching us the entire time with rude expressions. The clothes do not match the prices and I would not go back again.
