Had a car 2.5 weeks and so far it’s been a huge disappointment in getting things taken care of that never should have been an issue in the 1st place. I’ve been Uber patient but I’m at the end of my rope. Things are put together with the exhaust system like a McGyver episode, the passenger door leaks like a river if you go through the car wash, there’s a clunking sound when I turn corners, and the o2 censors aren’t plugged in. I’m sure there is more as I journey through. Don’t even get me started on the poor excuses I run into with them. So many red flags; so little time. Unbelievable ?

Having some issues with them currently as they are quick to make excuses regarding repairs and to do the work correctly. My exhaust system isnt done correctly and a shop I had the car to be looked at quoted over $3000 in repairs that the dealership wont cover. Meanwhile; Im smelling exhaust in the cabin of the car and there are other issues but this used car joint isnt flying straight. Huge disappointment. I wont buy from them again.

Sold my grand daughter a SALVAGED car, and in 8 weeks tranny has gone out. Now we can’t get the car back to Branson so they want to claim repo. Don’t buy from them.

I would have recommended this business until I had a wreck involving a deer with the vehicle I've been buying from them, only to find out from my insurance that my car is a salvage. I was never told about this and would have never agreed to buy a car for 6,000 that is salvaged. This is the second vehicle ive gotten from them and now I'm wondering whether I should do some digging to find out if the first vehicle is salvage as well.

Got my van in Sept 2020 and have no issues with it, I Havnt had any issues with staff the only the only issue is they only accept cash for payments so if you plan to pay any other way you wont be able to. But other than that I have nothing but great service.

Had a car for two weeks and was told it was my fault it broke down then waited two and a half month for them to give me a replacement I wouldn't recommend anyone choosing this dealership they are rude and don't care that other people have responsibilities such as jobs to get to they were more concerned with loosing out on the first car then the satisfaction of their customers.

Bought a car. Affordable and comfortable cars. The only issue was the first day I drove the car the bands that hold the exhaust snapped and the brakes and brake shoes had to be replaced because it had a bad grinding noise. Still great and they fixed fast and for free.
