We have lived in our new house for 4 months and since moving fed ex has REPEATEDLY forgot to deliver our packages even though it says delivered. Then when you call you to ask them about it they try to act like it’s Amazon’s fault. Once you start getting mad stating it’s their fault and start asking more questions like who was the driver, can I have the drivers number, can you contact the driver, then magically they have your package on the truck. Even though it was supposed to already have been delivered to our front door. They take absolutely no responsibility. The lady we spoke to on the phone literally could care less about doing her job. I wish we got her name. Fed ex you need to do better. This is ridiculous.

Had a PKG to return ship. Was happy when I found out Walgreens had this device on site. My PKG already had label etc and was prepaid but process was quick and painless. Yay Walgreens/FedEx combo thingíe!

The Springfield MO. Location on Battlefield solved my printing needs at a much more reasonable rate than the UPS store. I felt valued as a customer the entire process. BTW, it was a small $6-$7 job but they treated me like it was important to them to get it right.
