Was not served in order of people walking in. I was not given a reason why. After three people got service before me that came after me I spoke up.

Had a PKG to return ship. Was happy when I found out Walgreens had this device on site. My PKG already had label etc and was prepaid but process was quick and painless. Yay Walgreens/FedEx combo thingíe!

The Springfield MO. Location on Battlefield solved my printing needs at a much more reasonable rate than the UPS store. I felt valued as a customer the entire process. BTW, it was a small $6-$7 job but they treated me like it was important to them to get it right.
