Fashion House is fabulous! I have not had the pleasure of visiting in person, but I placed an order on their website and could not have been happier with the service. I reached out via their online messaging portal about getting an order shipped quickly, and received an immediate response. I worked with Jeni, who could not have been sweeter, to get my order placed and shipped to Texas overnight. With a 30-minute window before the post office closed, Jeni processed my order, packaged my item (with care and attention to detail, no less!) and personally drove it to the local post office. The online selection is lovely and I hope to one day visit in person, but either way I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this small business. Will choose them over major retailers as often as possible! High quality items and even higher quality staff and service!!

Ladies who aren't aware of this place are missing out. It's the nicest lady's clothing place I've ever seen, and while the only reason I'd personally go into a lady's clothing store would be to buy a gift, I was made to feel very comfortable while my wife shopped. Everyone is treated with amazing hospitality, even fellers who aren't shopping. Take your lady there, guys. Sit quietly and let her browse at her leisure.

Love the Fashion House. Customer service is top notch. Employees are helpful and friendly and make the effort to get to know me. This is my favorite place to shop in Southwest Mo.Also love the Designers they carry…Joseph Ribkoff, Sympli, Liverpool, Henrietta Steffenson out of Denmark which is the best fleece you will ever wear. So much more. Jewelry and handbags.Do yourselves a favor and pop in.

I have wanted to try this place out for a couple of years every time my husband and I came to Branson. I finally got the chance this time around and I won't go back. I was thoroughly disappointed in the lack of service and the way I was treated. I didn't even get a "hello" or a "can we help you" when I walked inside. The clothing was beautiful but because I felt completely judged for not being fancy enough as soon as I walked in and for the short time I was inside the store, I didn't buy a single thing and I won't be back, and I won't recommend friends and family to visit either.

This place was great!! She had so many amazing clothing pieces and she was super helpful helping me pick out a blingy jacket for my stretch limo ride. I told "Jeni" that I was going to dinner in a limo and needed BLING. Would definitely recommend this place for decently priced fashion pieces if you're in Branson, MO!!
