I bought my wife a peace of wall furniture to place on are wall at are home, that she been looking for, some time. We found by chance at this store and were from out of town. I own a business and I understand customer service in doing what you say you will do. Before I bought it. I asked could she ship it, because we were flying back. And Julie words were. We ship all over the world was her remark to us. So you would think that is exactly what would happen. Nope that not the case.No email no nothing but hey I forgot to get a card to ship your product. This email came 5 days after we bought it, by the way. So we gave her a card and I asked could you send tracking number and receipt. Nope that never happened as well. Only reason I know this is because I had to email her again and by her tone in the email it was like I was not being patient enough after I had waited another 5 days and zero response and her response was. > Robert,>> We are right in the middle of the Christmas season in Branson. It’s absolutely mantic and I am doing my very best to accommodate this shipment including personally hitting stores in the area to try to find a box that big this time of the year.>> I was going to send you an email tonight before I went to bed (lately, it’s the only time I have to do that)… I have a shipper that’s picking it up on Friday with deliver my to hit between the 16th and the 18th. The cost is 225.00, which has been paid.>> Thank you for your patienceHer words. I’m sorry it’s Christmas time. But last time I checked that your business. Oh and what really got me thinking is that. In our first meeting, she said we ship all over the world. I was like great they know what they are doing. You read that email and you tell me if they know what they are doing. I just wish she would have said no and I would have made my own option to buy or ship it myself.It’s very hard for me to write a review because I know people business means a lot. But sometimes people need to understand the customer are your life line to what you do.Oh then a bill for 225.00 to ship it and no receipt or tracking number which again I was told I would received. Nope just a email saying the amount and the date it would get there. SMH. So I will call my credit card company and have the charges removed and they can keep the item. When you tell a customer you’re going to do something. Do it.

Such a cute little shop and the lady running the shop was so nice! So many unique items and they can do engraving on practically anything. Definitely worth stopping in and seeing what they have.

I can not say enough good things about this lovely store. The merchandise is of wonderful quality, and the prices can't be beat. Every time I have been in Branson, I've come to see what kind of fabulous new items they have. Everyone that works here has always been the friendliest and most helpful I've experienced in many years.

What a great place and wonderful owners. Our first time back to Branson in 5 years, and stopped in with our dog. Remembered we had gone in then too. Found the perfect unique gifts for our pet sitters and found something for our home as well. We will definitely recommend to our friends who visit Branson and will, ourselves, go in when we come back.

This is an amazing store. Lots of neat items and the engraving is superb. The owners are super sweet and easy to work with. If you are in Branson this is a must store to go and shop at. You will not be disappointed.

My wife’s sister & her husband, gifted us a personalized great sign that said “Welcome to the White House”. We love it & all of our guests comment on it. We also received an engraved Christmas ornament one year. We, in turn, purchased a dog tag with a picture of their cute little toy poodle. We don’t live in Branson, so we purchased over the phone. The owner was so helpful guiding us through the process since we don’t shop on line. I will attempt to post a picture of our sign at some point. All I can say, if you want quality, honesty & integrity, look no further than here.

My wife and I have been shopping here for years, they do custom engraving on glass, wood or metal items, definitely a place to create lasting memories of loved ones and or special occasions. If you can dream it they can do it. The engraved portraits on wood planks are awesome!!!! While in Branson this is a must go to, they have a variety of other items unrelated to engraving. The staff and owners have ALWAYS BEEN WELCOMING, we can't wait to go back.

This store is unique. How often do you find numerous quality items like wood, bamboo, slate, ceramic tiles, etc., that you can put your photos and words on to create a treasure for your family? They put my deceased husbands old recipe, in his handwriting, and a picture of him with his grandson cooking in our kitchen together on a ceramic tile. In color. I gave it to his grandson for his birthday. He was overwhelmed with such a treasure.This will be passed on to his son. I’m grateful that such a store exists. They have a large variety of other gift items, also. The friendliness of the owners and staff makes you feel welcome.

We have been buying quality products from Enchanted Memories for many years. Everything we’ve had engraved was perfectly beautiful and is very cherished. It’s such a fun store to browse through. I have visited this charming store in Branson since they first opened. Julie and Chuck provide such an amazing shopping experience. They have many custom pieces that have given as gifts through the years to my Real Estate clients. If you are looking for a gift for someone that has been in a branch of the Military this store is for you. Julie has the best lotion.
