This morning we went in to get a few things and were greeted by a boy with glasses. He was so friendly and helpful, not only to my husband but to myself and others that came in.

I called here on November 17th around 6:00 p.m. because I was looking for something and on the website they said they had it in stock but I know sometimes that can be wrong so I called to check and see so I didn't waste a trip. The guy that answered the phone was telling me no they didn't have it before I could even get the sentence out of what I was looking for. Thankfully I decided to go in and look anyways because they did in fact have it. I very rarely go here but when I do the store is a mess and the employees don't even acknowledge you or say hi when you walk in the door which I don't really care about but I don't think you should have employees there that are so lazy they can't walk 10 ft to see if there is an item on the shelf. The customer service at this location is severely lacking

Pharmacy rating only********Absolutely the worst service and professionalism I have ever experienced in my entire life (phone and store).The pharmacist will talk and curse about customers that she just got off the phone with. I can say as a witness and with personal experience, the women who work there are rude, abrupt, unprofessional, and disrespectful.Don't try calling unless you plan on being on hold forever (16 minutes) by the automated system just to have someone pick up the phone to say "I'm going to place you on hold for a couple of minu" *not a typo that's where the call was placed on hold for another 42 minutes...end result told that the pharmacy is currently closed and the call was disconnected. Just to call back and be placed on hold by the automated system again until the pharmacy actually closed

Want to pick up medicine's. Also picked up a few other things. Dog treats fog toy. Makeup, eye drops & dietsodas. Had everything I needed. Plus a helpful &friendly staff

Your prescription will not be ready even if it was called in the day before and even if you called to confirm before you arrive.

The pharmacy is notoriously difficult to get in touch with though the pharmacists are mostly decent with the exception of most of the older women who work there. They blame being far behind on staff shortages but when you're standing at the counter waiting, most of the employees are just talking in hushed whispers about the customers standing there or playing on their phones while hiding behind the counter. I have yet to have a single refill of my medication be correct the first time I go in for a pick up. That one man in his mid 20s/early 30s is probably the only employee back there who pays attention and does a good job and has skills in customer service. He should probably be made manager.

One star is too many. On vacation and needed some meds for my friend. They NEVER answer the phone so you need to go in person. Even if your doctor called your Rx in the day before, there will be no chance it will be fulfilled when you arrive. They'll tell you it will be ready in 20 minutes which will easily turn into over an hour. Don't get angry, they'll tell you it's your imagination and that you weren't really waiting that long. The pharmacist, Julia Bowers, is a case study in how not to treat customers...real smarmy. I didn't believe all the bad reviews.....I should have.

The pharmacy is the worst that I have ever seen. They are always understaffed. One day when I needed blood pressure pills they advised me that they were two days behind. The drive through is never open. In college I worked for savon drugs. I know how a good pharmacy can work. The corporation needs to deal with this place or close it down.

I honestly could not be any more thankful for the help received tonight from Jana in the pharmacy! Jana, you are so incredible. Thank you so much for the priceless customer service you showed my family, especially my Type 1 diabetic daughter (out-of-town down there). I am so so grateful for all steps taken to make sure she got the necessary emergency insulin (even with crazy insulin prices). Thank you for caring enough about your customers to help find coupons. You are instrumental in my daughter being safe tonight. Insulin pumps are blessing, however, in this moment, not so much! I truly cannot thank you enough!

Really pretty bad. Just moved to Branson and I asked a doctor who she’d recommend for a pharmacy. CVS is understaffed, way too many customers needing help, but your wait time to pick up a prescription is at least 30 mins (already called in). So, I have driven 30 mins to get there, then waited another 30 mins to even get my prescription in my hands. My 2nd visit I was told I had two prescriptions “on hold” and one wasn’t even mine. I walked off after being told to wait to speak to someone because I unfortunately didn’t have an extra 30 minutes in my day to wait for that explanation. Took my business elsewhere and I highly suggest you do the same.

Ain't much for reviews, but I have to, this place is terrible. With the exception of Ryan, none of the employees care. Gotta wait weeks for your scripts and then spend 45 mins on hold anytime you call. Been waitin 10 days on a key medication so far

Ryan in the pharmacy provided myself with sterling customer service. Being new to the area can be frustrating while working out the kinks. At least one thing was effortlessly dealt with thanks to his help and professionalism!

Worst place in Branson every time we go to pickup meds at drive up they tell us 20 to 30 minutes more when it's been 3 hours since they are orders happens every time

Called to verify timing of when they would be open. Only got an automated system, never a person. They were supposed to be open, but as I drove up, two employees were locking up and leaving. I don’t usually shop CVS, but knew they had a product that I’d purchased in the past.Walgreens here I come.
