I'm sad to see the low stars for this CVS! We were on vacation from out of state and realized my son had left his medicine at home. The pharmacist was so kind to deal with insurance, get an approval for early refill, and did so with a smile within an hour. AND! It was a holiday weekend on Saturday. We were so grateful for the compassionate service. This pharmacy took great care of us!

we have been trying for 2 days waiting on hold for over an hour 3 different times for someone to answer the phone !!!! this pharmacy is pathetic! no wonder the reviews are 1.7! garbage staff!!!!

New to Branson but have been doing business with CVS Pharmacy for 25+ years. Kept getting emails and hearing advertising about CVS offering flu shots, schedule an appointment or walk-ins, welcome. I was out and had the time so went to get the flu shot and was refused because I did not have an appointment. Had to schedule one in the store on my phone three hours later. Called Corporate who told me that it is the pharmacists diont’ always honor their advertising which says walk-ins for flu shots are recommended, not required. Either you welcome walk-ins or you quit saying you do. They were not busy; had 5-7 people behind the counter and only 3 customers in the store pharmacy area. The cashier said they were not “allowed” to schedule appointments and she did ask the pharmacist if she could help. So what do people who don’t get on the internet do. Get the flu and die? Filed a complaint, which won’t do any good, but filed it anyway.

The pharmacy is the worst that I have ever seen. They are always understaffed. One day when I needed blood pressure pills they advised me that they were two days behind. The drive through is never open. In college I worked for savon drugs. I know how a good pharmacy can work. The corporation needs to deal with this place or close it down.

Worst place in Branson every time we go to pickup meds at drive up they tell us 20 to 30 minutes more when it's been 3 hours since they are orders happens every time

Hard to get in touch with anyone. I was on hold for 45 minutes. I understand businesses are busy, but no one picked up the phone and it was just an endless loop of a recording. It also seemed like someone would pick up and then place me back on hold. It was so frustrating.

Kiosk is too slow to do anything on. I stood there for 15 minutes and it didn't even process the photos on my device for me to select the 1 photo I needed a print of.

Horrible customer service. My daughter and I had appts to get tested after a close relative was diagnosed with Covid. We show up at our scheduled time and they say the system is down and they’ll call me when it’s up. So I wait that day until around 4 and call to see if they’re up. No answer after waiting on hold for over 20 mins. So today, I try to call again and get no answer. At this point, I decide to drive down there. I wait in line for over an hour and when I pull up to the window, the woman says I have to make another appt and wait in line again. She can’t swab us or help me in any way. I asked her why she didn’t call me and she claims she did and a man answered and said wrong number. I said, ok if you wrote down the wrong number, why didn’t you look up my acct and call that number? She claims she did which is a lie because you guys call me from that pharmacy all the time. So now, instead of MAYBE having the results back by this evening so my daughter (who is a cancer survivor and has missed multiple holidays) can maybe trick or treat, we still haven’t been tested and your employees have lied to me about calling me. How am I to know I needed to make a new appt when your employees won’t answer the phone? Just absolutely horrible customer service.

Decent service usually . Today I got my change in the bag at the drivethru, and it was $1 short. Yeah, it was only $1, but I never get to short-change the store. It never works that way.

One star rating only because there is no way to give a minus rating. Pharmacy staff treated me as if I were a addict seeking drugs...what should have been one trip to pick up a prescription took THREE trips. Cost me four hours of my time and around $5 gas. This was NO FAULT OF MINE, CVS PHARMACY STAFF AT FAULT. WILL NEVER HAVE ANY PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE AGAIN.

My issue is with the Branson 76 location. Good luck calling the pharmacy and speaking to a person. After I make it through the automated system I stay on hold to get through to a person for 20min several different times before giving up. Instead of being able to ask a simple question, I will have to load up a sick toddler, drag him into the CVS during the covid pandemic, to see if if his prescription was called in and ready. Without the prescription number the automated system cannot answer that question.

A rude pharmacy tech named Amber walked away during a conversation with me. When I told another person behind the counter about it he asked her why she did it, and she lied and said I turned my back on her. I guess her walking away shouldn't matter much since she was no help to begin with. I left and came back and talked to her much nicer coworker, but the nasty taste Amber left in my mouth gets this store a 1 star rating.

I have had my prescriptions here for over two years now and haven't been disappointed yet. The pharmacy staff is absolutely wonderful! The two pharmacists Hoyt and Alexis are superb. They both are outgoing and friendly. I like how they're filling scrips but listening to what the customer and tech are saying at the register. Hoyt and Alexis will over hear & advise when necessary. Alexis has work very diligent for me and has personally saved me money! How can I not like that? The techs Cody, Nicole and Seth are always on top of their game. Nice friendly and very pleasant. Any time you're dealing with the doctors office, health insures and the pharmacy things can get mixed up and somewhat hectic. But this staff has always listen to and gone further than I would have expected. My only frustration with CVS is when I want to use my phone to re-order my meds it is horrible to work with because it constantly miss understands the numbers being entered. Please review & fixed this problem
