The rudest most unprofessional bank I have had the displeasure of going to. This bank(Branson branch) is apparently run by teenagers who want to stick it to someone older. The teller actually recommended that I cash my checks elsewhere. If Commerce won't cash the checks of account holders, what good are they? DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS THERE! Through personal experience,I can guarantee YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Worst banking experience of my life. The employees don't tell you everything when opening an account and the older woman who manages the bank will call you a liar when you go talk to her. I couldn't believe she is a manager of anything, terrible terrible experience.

Cameron ( probably spelled that wrong.) Who helped me in the drive threw today is very friendly. More people should be like him as far as costumer service go. Hold onto him Commerce Bank.

The staff here are by far the friendliest staff I have encountered with just about any company or business. They remember your name and treat you so kindly and really go above and beyond what I expected of a bank. Every question I had they answered kindly and patiently. My husband and I moved and we were debating switching banks but we loved this bank and how we were treated so much we just decided to stay with Commerce and do our banking online. I hope Commerce as a company knows how great a branch they have in Branson. If anyone was looking into opening an account with a bank in the Branson area, without a doubt I would suggest this bank.
