Ordered 2 pizzas. Husband went to pick up. David boxed the pizzas and somehow gave my husband an empty box. Called once he got back to the hotel. Basically was told "oh yeah it's here. You can come get it if you want" obviously we ordered it. When I arrived, well I brought the empty box. Got the pizza and a "sorry, that happened". 30 mins round trip with traffic BOTH times. I get it stuff happens but come on. You wanted us to just not come back and not get the money back.

As a child I grew up on Casey's Pizza. The taco pizza is the best pizza in the world. Even though I was eating leftovers out of the trash can, it held its flavor long into the next week, provided cold temperatures.

They rip you off. Staff is too high to fix and leves a note for store manager to fix and never hear from them again. Service is always slow with drug problems.

Employee Virginia was nice and friendly with the Customer in front of me. When it was my turn she was kind of dry and not as bubbly. I would like the same treatment as my white counter parts. I only say this because the customer after me got the friendliness as the one before me.

I truly believe they train their employees to be slow. I usually do not frequent Casey but needed to use bathroom and ended up getting a tea. I regretted my decision when I got to the counter only to wait 11 minutes to pay. Never again will I make this mistake.
