We come to Branson from Texas all the time. We usually go to the big stores for any kind of supplies we might need for the week. Well of course in true form we forget something we need. We forget the coffee creamer for my wife’s coffee. We didn’t want to buy a lot if we’re not going to be able to use it all before our trip back home. Well there was this “convenience” store. I drive over and check the prices on all the creamer. They were all lined up in their individual rows. The prices were 3.83 for the smaller ones and well over $4.00 for the bigger ones. So I grabbed a small one. Get to the register and it rang up almost five dollars. I thought to myself “a dollar for tax?”. So I told the lady that it wasn’t right that the the sign said $3.83. She rolled her eyes, signed really loud and walked back to where they were at. She came back and said (very rudely and condescending) THAT BRAND IS THIS AMOUNT. YOU CAN GO LOOK FOR YOURSELF. I come to the area frequently as does my family and friends. I will never step foot in this store again nor will my family and friends and I will tell everyone I know not to either. Maybe a customer service class or business class needs to be taken. The people who actually frequent your establishment and pay for your goods would most likely appreciate it.

I stopped in here a few times while being on vacation. The staff is very friendly, the store has a huge selection of wine and beer. They also carry hard alcohol as well, and soda. The store could use a upgrade, but that's all I can complain about because it's pretty cramped and outdated. But the prices are decent and I always left with what I wanted.

Went there for a bottle of oil ($3.69) and grabbed a few creamers for my coffee while I was inside. When the older woman cashier rang me up, she said my total was over $5.00..... I told her the price on the shelf for the oil was $3.69.... She said she had to charge me $1 for the 3 mini creamer cups. I said there was no price on them and I was under the impression that they were free or complimentary. She replied, that's only if you spend money on coffee here. (My coffee was brewed at home and waiting in my vehicle). I replied, well I'm spending money on oil here, are you going to charge me a dollar for napkins I need to recheck my oil? She said the napkins were free. This woman was very rude, when I approached her with a smile on my face and was in no way controversial toward her to begin with. I don't believe she has any business working with customers, especially in a tourist town such as Branson Missouri. I'll travel the extra mile or two to White Oak Gas Station from now on.

Honestly never met a more rude person than the old lady that works in there. You can buy cheaper things at Walmart then there. I paid $3.99 for a drink and didn't complain the the store clerk wanted to be rude. This place sucks and I wouldn't recommend.

Convenient location to the condo we rented. Unfortunately, probably due to recent rain and bad luck we filled our tank with bad gasoline. I was very impressed with the professionalism and integrity of the owner of the pantry. He quickly corrected the problem and fairly reimbursed us not only for the required repairs but also the lost tank of gas. Thank you.
