This is definitely the best storage unit rental center in Branson!!! If you want your items to be safe and well cared for, this is the place you want to keep it! Carol is absolutely amazing to work with. She takes amazing care of the property. Not only is it ALWAYS clean, but she vigilantly monitors the security cameras to make sure that your items are safe and protected. You have a code to enter, so there are never non-renters on the property. I know that when I walk away, my items are protected by Carol and will be ready for me when I return. She is also amazing to work with and the sweetest person with the best customer service. She truly cares about this property and her clients.

I rented my unit here for a little over a year. I loved that I could access my unit 24/7, it was always super clean, temperature controlled and Carol was absolutely the best manager. She was helpful anytime I needed assistance. And their pricing was really affordable. I’ll be renting a unit from them again if I ever need extra space!

We recently chose to put our RV in storage in Branson, one of our favorite vacation destinations. Based on an internet search we chose Branson Self Storage and are we glad we did! It is a large, clean, well maintained facility secured with cameras, it is gated, and the entire lot is paved, which is fantastic! In addition, their manager, Carol, is simply amazing! Carol is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She goes above and beyond! When she met us onsite to set up our account, we were thrilled with the experience and we made a friend as well. Anytime we reach out with questions or concerns, we were reminded that we had made the best choice.Overall, our experience with Branson Self Storage has been nothing short of excellent.Carol, we are grateful, and we appreciate you!

I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Mz. Carol that is an amazing lady she has done nothing but bend over backwards to help me from the min I called in a panic for a place to store my things in a emergency situation to it being after 5 and she stayed over at work with important plans to help me have a place for the weekend to I was heart broken on side of road cuz all my things was in the field broken an distroyed she sat there talk to me and went to get me a soda an called her friends to help me get my things to storage in the heat and upsetting time and then went the extra mile to call an check on me after that Mz. Carol is super amazing and a awsome woman inside an out I fell blessed to have found branson self storage and mz Carol and wouldn't trade it for anything Thanks so much....

The lady there is just a grumpy old Karen with bad hair! Always has an issue with something stupid that just cost people more money when they hire crews to move. Nice building horrible management!

Had a great experience with renting space here. Fairly easy access from the highway even with a 15 foot U-Haul. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the prices were pretty good too!

Branson Self Storage is a great facility. The facility is secure, clean and reasonably priced. Management is courteous and professional. This is my first time to use storage in Branson and I love this place.

Absolutely LOVED my experience with Branson Self Storage. I had a climate controlled large unit for over a year and it was always super clean, well lit and easy to get in and out of. The owner was kind, attentive and always easy to get ahold of. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to store valuable, precious items!

We were only in Branson for a few days and didn’t realize our condo resort wouldnt let us keep our jetskis there so we needed to find a reliable place to store them and Im glad we found Branson Self-Storage. Both ladies in the office were amazingly helpful and easy to work with. They were able to get us a spot for the few days we were in town. It was hard to convince my husband to leave the skis somewhere where we couldn't see them but Branson Self Storage made him feel at ease with the gates around the premises and cameras.We will be using them again when we come back!10/10Thank You!

The problem is with the lady telling us she has to approve everything that goes in. If it's not on your list of things not allowed then you have no say. It was a temporary thing to make room to move other stuff in. She said it was odd. That's a closed minded small town mentality. She told us she would go through our unit to approve each item! Um no! Is she checking to see what to steal? We moved into a better place and word of mouth tell people about your business being so nosey. Driving out a plumber was putting stuff from his business into storage and you were worried about us ? Good riddance. If you use her storage know that you are being watched and they are cataloguing everything you bring in. And yet you allowed the little bit of firewood and it stayed there for a month. So lie on your part. You do realize people store furniture and beds with bed bugs and such. ?
