I have done business with BHS for many years. Due to some unexpected events in my life I could no longer afford to keep my storage unit. Management was very patient and understanding. They recommended several solutions to my problem and worked with me while I decided what to do with the contents so I didn’t have to make another payment. I will always be grateful for their kindness.

When we built our new house we needed to store our furniture till it was done. We were told to go to Branson hills storage and are we glad we did. Very professional, very clean and very secure. I would highly recommend them to anyone needed storage.

Rented two storage units from them for a year and a half. Top notch all the way around. Even knew and contacted me when I didn't lock one of units correctly. Can't say enough good things about this company, they are great!!

I needed secure storage for my trailer and RZR for the weekend. BHS went out of their way to accomodate me, even finding a parking spot that was a breeze to load/unload. For $50 total, I was able to securely park my equipment for the weekend. This cost was actually for an entire month, but they set me up to automatically cancel on Monday so I didn't accidentally pay for another month. In addition, they put a wheel lock on my trailer for extra security for no additional charge (I'd never stored the RZR outside, so I hadn't even thought about it). This was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend BHS, and will happily contact them again should I need the same services.

Very friendly and flexible, as we lost our gate key and they worked with us to help us get in! Very good price for what we're asking for and climate controlled is available.Highly recommend!

We were moving from Ok to Mo and the closing in Ok preceded the Closing in Mo ..so storage was needed .....I was blessed to secure 3 storage units at Branson Hills Storage ....The nicest , most professional genuine people you will find anywhere ....I never called that I did not get a kind helpful professional response. They helped in other ways as well giving recommendations for help with moving , realtors etc... I highly recommend Branson Hills storage ...give them a call you will not be disappointed....

I cannot say enough nice things about Branson Hills Storage. I settled on Branson Hills Storage because it was reasonably priced and located conveniently for my needs. But the customer service was well beyond what I expected. Kim at Branson Hills answered all my questions very quickly. I could not believe they even supplied a lock for my unit. Excellent Customer Service! Thank You Kim!

Pros Well as far as security goes out definitely feels like a prison. In this case this is a good thing. Locks are provided. And the maintenance guy is friendly and curtious Cons. The cost is very high a 10x 20 with no insulation or climate control or lighting Is $120 a month. The staff aka a "Karen" (office personnel) is extremely sensitive to anything they dont like. The maintenance guy is cool though. Laid back and easy going. frequent access is apparently an issue they allow 1 access a day or 30 a month anything more they will cry And charge you a dollar each entry what a joke. No properly stored fuel containers Or sealed propane bottles but allow fuel in stores vehicles They want titles to vehicles that are stored in units but not ATV'S not unusual but still weird. This is not a friendly place if you need frequent acces to your property the signs say one car at a time and I now know why.. so your entrys can be monitored and you can be charged for frequent access to your property as if 120 a month isn't enough. If each renter is granted 30 days of access and only use 2 or 3 a month what's the problem. I do not recommend this place if you need daily access Or want privacy Office personnel is very noisy and sneaky. We will not be renting here anymore it may work for you but definitely not us.

So friendly and accommodating. My wife wanted a boat while in Branson and we needed a place to store it when not using it. Above and beyond just a storage facility. Here we found the owner to be an incredible local guide which lead to some great summer adventures on the water. Thank you!

We looked all over for a nice place and found it in BHS people are great, our unit is extremely clean people are friendly and helpful. Good place and very secure.

Great value. Excellent security, however it comes with complimentary Insurance coverage!
