Spend $200 on a hat, and they want to charge you for their box. When the hat was shipped in a box, that they threw out.Hali and Seth are both great to work with.

It's like shopping at Walmart. The ladies' boots are plastic heels rubber soles. You can't find any nice boots, leather stacked heel with leather soles, other than their Walmart brand. I spoke to the manager and the sales clerk, and both said that's what everyone complains about all day every day. That's not real Western wear.

Not enough salespeople. Too expensive and they cater to larger women. Most of there jeans are way too long. I'm 5"1 and the jeans lengths are for extremely tall women. I would have to pay another $40 to have them hemmed and loose the bootcut.

Did not expect to find some work boots but they had some decent ones. Very Friendly helpful Service . Was at the Branson ,MO. Store . Also large selection of Clothing . Will return to get tempted !

Greeted warmly when I arrived. Staff was competent and knowledgeable, even though it was only the second day the door was open. I found the boots and size I needed quickly and check out was a breeze. I received a coupon for a discount on my next purchase, plus filled out a survey online, which gave me more of a discount. I’ll be back soon!
