When we walked in, Chris greeted us at the door then he helped us after we almost bought the wrong thing he helped get us exactly what we needed so we didn't buy the wrong item which is a big deal and a major help cuz we're already limited on time We definitely appreciate him. He went above and beyond we will definitely be back and thank you Chris?

Hey have a good selection of electronic goods. I miss their camera aisle because they don't carry anything in store anymore and I like holding the camera before I buy it, it also always feels like they're going out of business

I went to see the Geek Squad tonight for help with my phone. I went to AT&T first and they didn't help me and only offered to sell me a new phone because my phone wouldn't charge.
Well, I was helped by Jacob at the Geek Squad and he literally took 5 minutes to clean gunk out of my charging port. My phone now charges perfectly! Jacob was extremely nice, professional, and friendly! He did an AMAZING job and saved me a lot of time and money! That guy deserves a raise! I hope his supervisor sees this! EXCELLENT customer service!! Thank you Jacob!!!
