“I purchased a battery for my car back in December of 2023. It worked really well until this last round of winter weather. It would lose charge overnight and barely start in the morning. This morning 1/20/2024, I went in to see if I could get a replacement battery after my car didnt start up. A worker named Jonathan helped. He was super polite and knowledgeable. He even assisted with replacing my battery hold down hardware. I have been going to OReillys for a long time. I had never had a worker do such a great job. Definitely look for Jonathan if you go to this O’Reillys.”
