The staff was great! We traveled from out of state and had a broken battery terminal cable connector. The staff helped us find the correct cable connector and lended us the tools to change it out. They were very friendly and super helpful!

They had the part in stock that I needed. Although I needed another store item and I am used to the Autozone here in my town, they go and help and get the item because they know exactly where it is and what type. The young men here just said yes we have it, I had to ask where to find it, and they pointed and told me the area. I didn't get the product, I'm not sure what type I needed.

Oreileys across the street was just more friendly and down to earth. I usually go to autozone this one just felt small to me.

This is the best Auto zone we have EVERY been to! The employees are very polite and helpful. We are from Texas and had concerns when our engine light came on. Mr. Kirk hooked us up to the machine,told what was going on and help us out ! What a Blessing he was to us! All the employees were polite and helpful to all that came in!

We needed help changing the turn signal bulb. While on vacation in Branson. Travis Merriman at Auto Zone, was very pleasant, kind and helped us and made sure everything worked before we got back on the road. The store had some rude customers who told "us to YouTube it". This place was great, they helped me out with every specialty tool that I'd need to rent in order to get the wheel bearing job done in the parking lot. Store manager and the other workers were just straight up amazing. This job turned into a lower ball joint and outter tie rod and rear breaks. It was tough but it got done and feels amazing.

Best place to find a battery! The competition didn't have one in stock but AutoZone has plenty of options in stock.
