I've been here a few times in the last couple of years.They offer great promotions, they have friendly, HELPFUL, patient staff and the store is always clean and put together.My last visit I explained that I had bought 2 pair of shoes my last visit and didn't love one. We determined which style they were and with that info the sales person was better able to help me find a pair that fit my foot well. They also asked about my use of the shoes. I probably tried on 10+ pairs of shoes here and they were very patient with me. No rushing me at all. I appreciated that.The sales person also advised me of current promotions and helped me sign up for their rewards program which offered a discount on my purchase.I will definitely go back here again when in the area and in need of shoes.

This is my favorite running shoe store and anytime I could score aajor discount on this brand, I will be there. My first selection was not available due to shoe sizing and picked another alternative that saved 70% by purchasing another pair of shoes. Staff was helpful for providing an additional discount and left me feeling well treated. This was a good start to my day in Branson, NO.

Amazing customer service!! Had an issue with a recently purchased jacket, and thought I was out of luck because I live out of state. I called the store and Brett and Todd took great care of me saying "sure, just mail it back to us, and we will exchange it for a new one." So I mailed the jacket back, and he kept his word and actually sent me a replacement (exchange) in a short amount of time. Great Job! This store has above and beyond excellent customer service we haven't seen since the "good old days." Highly recommend.

This store specifically has the rudest employees I have ever encountered. I have a medical issue and did not have a mask on, upon entering the store, the employee said to a customer he was ringing up, “Wow, he must not be able to read... the people around the register laughed and made me feel so awkward that I turned around and left. ASICS has lost all of my business and I will not be back.

My wife purchased two pairs of shoes here and when we got home we found that they were on clearance on the ASICS website for nearly half the price that we paid in the store. I called the store and expressed how we lived several hours away and did not want to drive back there just to get them price matched. I was told that I had to drive all the way back there and that there was no other way. So I called the ASICS customer service line and was treated very poorly! Luckily the store manager who was on vacation when all of this was taking place heard about our experience and reached out to ensure we were taken care of! He also explained how they were working on trying to match the online prices which were changing daily with the new lines coming out. If I could only rate the store manger I would give 5 stars because he was extremely helpful. However, due to the experience with the rest of the staff and of course the customer service line I feel I can only give 4 stars. I hope at some point they can all get on the same page.

Great prices and selection. Staff is well trained and can help you find exactly what you need for your specific activity. They helped me find what I needed, which wasn't the most expensive shoe, so I purchased two.

Door greeter probably needs a new job. Glued to his phone and allowing less than the 8 posted on the door in the store. Yelled at us when we left the line for not having a mask due to medical. Will not support asics anymore

Fantastic shoe store. The taller woman assosiate with the short blonde hair is very knowledgeable and truly knows what she is doing. She makes calculated decisions on shoes that fit your needs and doesn't just recommend the most expensive shoes in the store. She wants you to buy the right pair of shoes. I bought a pair from her and enjoyed the shoes and the experience much that we went back the next day and 2 other members of my family bought shoes from her. A ton of shoes and sizes in stock at great sale prices.
