The pharmacy seems to be overwhelmed - my "rapid" Covid Test results were never emailed to me. I tried calling the pharmacy the next day but was put on hold for 35 minutes. I was finally connected, the phone rang for another 5 minutes and then went dead. ugh! My husband finally drove to the pharmacy and was told the results might be in my junk mail (which they werent). They did finally email the results. Hi

Terrible service. There's always a long line in the drive thru. I have been trying to call them on the phone to see if my prescription is done and no one will answer. My medication should have been filled 3 days ago and the recorded message says they are still working on it. I have been putting up with their crap for 4 years now and I am done.This is unacceptable.

Incredibly dirty. Bathroom unusable, hallway to bathroom full of junk. Wasn't a super busy time of year, hate to see it busy. Almost drove by the place because none of the outside signs were even on after dark.

Why aren't you putting a limit on high demand items? I was in there today for meds and by chance wanted to see if you had rubbing alcohol and you had 1bottle left. When I checked out the lady in front of me had 5 in her cart. I was so upset and I should of said something. Its hoarders like her and stores that dont limit the amount customers can buy that make it hard for people to get by. Everyone needs hand santizer lady not just you

Don't believe the Pharmacy hours on the door. They often close in the middle of the day for "break". This is a staffing issue that should not happen. The inconvenience to the customer is way more important than the manager not having overlapping Pharmacists on duty so that one is always on duty during published open hours.
